Since 2008, seven friends (and a few helpers!) have been reinventing snacking, one delicious nibble at a time.

We all love food and wanted to get a lot more out of our snacking. So we started inventing snacks that showed off health's more pleasurable side, and working on the best way to get them to busy foodies like us.

We've now catered to over 5,000,000 grazers across both sides of the pond (graze USA est. 2013) - and as of summer 2015, we're in stores in the UK too!

Aside from snacks, we're also proud founders of our very own charity. We're passionate about where food comes from, including the impact on the people involved. When graze was started, so was the graze School of Farming, made to support and develop a sustainable farming community in rural Uganda.

I was charged without my consent. I just want to try it once, and you make me subscribe without noticing. I would say it is a kind of scam. Could you please refund me my money?

Very disapointed and the smell was like petshop …

Tried the free box as got with pregnancy package it was awful none I liked . I clicked for none chilli ones got nacho and chili . I prefure to be able to tick box of items I won't eat not each snack . The 4 I got smelt like pet food . I cancelled my subscription as once a week to much once a month be better for some people and quick view each boxes snacks might also help as you can't see what you could get with each type . I prefure shopping buying in store as I know what I'm getting how can walnut and coffee cake be a cake when it's just nuts and choclate peas coffee didn't taste coffee so was a disappointment. Won't use again not worth the money

As you have discovered, this snack is based on coffee walnut cake - and does not actually contain cake.

This snack is one of our 'our version of' snacks, these are snacks based on popular desserts and treats - having said this, the coffee should have tasted of coffee, we apologise if this was not the case.

Despite selecting my favourite snacks…

Despite selecting my favourite snacks they were never included in the few boxes I received. The selection I did receive was pretty uninspiring. For the cost and what I received it just wasn't worth the money so I discontinued my order. I can do better just buying snacks in the shops.

I felt making a payment every week…

I felt making a payment every week taken from my bank was more than I wanted to pay - the money was adding up and as a OAP that money was more useful buying proper food as per a meal instead of snacks. Sorry but maybe your items would be more appreciated as a snack now and again not all of the time. We are on a tight budget.

That's totally fair- times are tough, so we get that sometimes you have to make some sacrifices. But keep an eye on our online shop- we have some pretty great discounts and sales coming up so you can stock up on your favourites for less!

More confusing than to stop an amazon subscription

IMO, Graze's interface is even more confusing than to stop an Amazon Prime subscription. I stopped the payments after receiving my free box on Monday, but was charged £3.99 today. They were tasty though, hence 3/5*.

Wish boxes arrived on time

While the snacks themselves are good, it's difficult to enjoy them when the don't arrive (waited over a week and a half for one box past its arrival, this weeks one is also late). I understand this isn't necessarily the fault of graze as you use royal mail, but perhaps you need to consider the use of a new courier.

It's lovely to hear that you like your graze goodies! But it is a shame that your boxes aren't always as punctual as we might hope. We always send subscription boxes on the same day every week, so it is down to Royal Mail as to when they are delivered, which means they can be late sometimes. This has been especially true over the last couple of months as they've had periodic strikes almost weekly for some time now. But getting feedback like this is really important, since we want to know how to improve- so thanks so much for the suggestion!

They are the most reliable company that I deal with. Whatever you order arrives. If you change your preferences they are successfully updated. The product is always great which is why I have been with them for many years and will be.

The boxes are very repetitive

The boxes are very repetitive, I tend to get the Marmite boxes virtually every time. I can Rember when I had flapjacks.

13 years buying, and I still love them!

I’ve been a ‘grazer’ since they started in 2009! I love my boxes, the snacks are perfect to keep you going mid-afternoon, or whilst watching tv at night. In 13 years I have never had a box that wasn’t delicious. I love them x

Something to enjoy with a cuppa.

I've been a Graze customer for about 6 years now, and they are very reliable ; usually delivering my box every weekend. My favourites are : Marmite flavored nuts, Honey Flapjacks, and Afternoon Tea.

Nice selection of boxes

Nice selection of boxes. If I had two gripes, one would be that even though I select new boxes as 'love' I don't often receive them and get older ones instead. Also, the delivery date is very unpredictable (although I accept that is the Post Office)

It's great to hear that you're a fan of the boxes but I am sorry if you've not received your loved snacks as much as you'd hope to.

We have had some supply issues recently that have affected snack availability and I am very sorry if this has in turn been affecting your selections.

We are working as quickly as possible to get stock levels back up to where they should be!

If there are any snacks that you'd really like to receive, and they have a send soon option available on your ratings pages, please do tick send soon and we will include those snacks in the next possible box. If there is no send soon option, then this does unfortunately mean they are currently out of stock.

We are also sorry for the delivery problems being experienced at present, we are aware of disruptions caused by the recent postal strikes but hope that these will resolve themselves soon.

Sooooo, I’m getting very bored of my Graze packs & I would like to amend the box but you have me by the short & curlies because if I change my box type you then take me off my current deal, charge me more money & as you said I am a “loyal” customer…..how can you help me?

Tasty savoury treats

I’ve been ordering from Graze for many years. I usually get a weekly box but when there are rewards I buy the multipacks of 6. My favourite flavours are chilli and lime and smoky nuts. Great that you can pause your delivery. The graze packs are ideal for snacking at work.
