I reached out via e-mail to receive information regarding extending my travel plans with a pre-visit. Was told to call to receive a response. Prefer contact via e-mail. Not pleased with that response.

Great trip! Great representative!

I had been looking at this trip for quite some time, but I was not sure about some things! When I talked to Efi, my concerns all went away! Efi was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable! She answered any questions I had, and she made my wife and I feel so comfortable about the trip that we knew it was the right choice to book the trip! All of the communications with Efi were friendly, professional and in a timely manner exactly as she said! After talking with Efi my wife and I are even more excited about this trip than we initially were! Not many companies have a representative as sociable, knowledgeable and professional as her! It was easy relaxing and fun to work with her!

Friendly, helpful booking

While it took a while to get to speak with a representative, she was very friendly and accommodating during the booking. I had previous inquiries to cancel and a friend's reservation to match. All of which she took care of helpfully.
