This is not what I thought- it is very limiting unless you buy in to lots of additional elements. Having realised this on registering, I contacted help line immediately to request a refund this was denied. It is diabolical there is no cooling off period. Maybe offering a free trial would be a way forward. Others should be aware before opting in.

No warning subscription £79.11
I was on the free trial and then without warning a payment of £79.11 taken from account, no way can I afford these payments each month.
Trying to end this subscription is proving difficult, I have emailed the help email but no response, I cant see how to cancel on the app or find the website. Please help!

Don't be drawn in by the discount
They offered me a 90% reduction of the subscription fee. I paid £7.91 for one month thinking that would be the monthly payment amount for the year. They then charged me £79.11 for the following month without giving me any notice. Apparently it was stated in their Ts&Cs that they would make this charge. I skimmed through them when I signed up but that was not my understanding. Of course, they have a no refund policy included in the Ts&Cs. Aside from this dodgy activity, I was looking for interesting vegan meal suggestions but those in the app were very poor.

They took out money from my account following the 28 days that I paid for. When i requested a refund i was told the automatic recharge was stated in the fine print and it is for the app. This does not make sense as i do not need the app if I am not continuing. I see a number of people have had the same experience.
