FRAUD AND FALSE CHARGES
FRAUD AND FALSE CHARGES! I did not sign up for a subscription and paid a one time $21 and the next month was charged $104 that I DID NOT APPROVE! They refuse to refund the charge and I have had to dispute with the bank.. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK INFO!! The $21 was SOOOO NOT WORTH IT! You can get their joke of a recipes for free on Pinterest!!! They are overseas and will steal your money!!

Zonder medeweten 92 euro afgeschreven. Als ik terug kijk naar mijn “order account” staat er 18,46 voor 4 weken. Ook opzeggen is moeilijk.

Not what I expected
I just signed up but it is not what I expected. Meals are so varied and it’s impossible to make food all day long for each meal instead of meal prepping. You can’t add your own meals or recipes. Repetition works better imo. I also feel like the coach is AI. Responses feel like chat gpt.

I signed up for a 4 week diet plan only
I signed up for a 4 week diet plan not wating anything further and paid the 21 dollars thinking that was it. No it wasn't! Like some crappy app non transparent it was a trial and was not relayed in a coherent manner. Don't tell me that bull crap of reading the fine print or the terms and conditions these apps should be transparent but if they have a few hundred people sign up and not realize 4 week later 105 dollars that they absolutely refuse to refund they are making quite a nice payday. If you have to hide the verbiage then you are doing wrong by your customers. I would not recommend them their app is a total rip off. Buyer Beware!!!!

I hit a button too soon
I hit a button too soon, and the page passed to another page before I could see what I am agreeing to or doing. Soooooo I don’t know what to expect. Lots of additional offers, that made it seem questionable I can loose weight without them. I’m going to try but don’t have money for all the extra help I could get if I just had more money.

Do NOT Sign Up For This App
I saw this company on IG. I bought a 4 week plan for about $28. They highlighted this as the best option. This was a good deal just to try. There was NOWHERE on their app stating this is a subscription and I would be charged $51.98 following months. I contacted Green Diet by email for a refund for the $51.98 as I DID NOT agree to a subscription nor for this UNAUTHORIZED payment and they refused. It's a good thing I payed through PayPal because PayPal got my money back. Then a few days later I received a message from PayPal saying a payment to "Effecto" was declined. NEVER even heard of this company! My bank charged me a $48 nsf fee. So now, I contacted this "Effecto" sure enough it's the same company as Green Diet. So now this company this company is trying to get payment from me by using the names of other apps they own. I checked my PayPal, the original name they used now got changed to "Medical Score". These people are scammers, they just found a way to scam you legally. So now I have to call PayPal, call my bank and try to somehow get this $48 waived, waste MORE time dealing with this situation. I'm also going to file a police report about this company. Do NOT get this app.
