I am incredibly disappointed with Green Diet. I was under the impression I was signing up for a single week, only to see £79 abruptly drained from my account. I am currently unemployed and despite explaining this to customer service, I was met with a rigid refusal from Nora, who claimed digital purchases are non-refundable once activated.

It is incredibly deceptive to bury automatic subscription renewals in the terms and conditions instead of being transparent on the payment page. I noticed the company replies to similar complaints here asking people to contact them, but it seems to be just for show since their support team refuses to actually help. I will keep you updated if Green diet has any shred of decency. Buyer beware.

If there was the option to rate it zero, I would! This is effing DAYLIGHT robbery. I signed up for ONLY SEVEN DAYS and now got charged for 28 days and it has completely cleared out what is left of my salary (my currency is weak against the dollar). Absolutely nowhere did it say that I would automatically be joined for 28 days after the first week lapsed. That, couple with the constant bombardment of adverts and adverts and adverts. I am going to FIGHT THIS until every cent of my SO-CALLED 28-DAY "SUBSCRIPTION" has been reimbursed. It is deliberately misleading and I am not going to let it rest until I have my money back.

A seguito di questa recensione e di alcune mail in cui ho mostrato il mail disappunto la cifra di 92€ mi sarà rimborsata . Ciò dimostra che la prima
Mail in cui dicevano che non potevano fare nulla non era corretta .
Sono felice per il rimborso ma ritengo che il metodo sia tendenzioso perché dovrebbe essere visibile ( non nascosto in microscopiche note) la scritta di rinnovo automatico con gli importi che uno rischia di pagare .

I signed up, but never used it. I also did not get a reminder to cancel my trial, so was charged £119 for nothing with no option for refund. Shameful business model.

I first saw the ad on FaceBook. I decided to give it a try. It was a horrible experience from the moment you click on the link to purchase. Nothing but pop-up ads that it was difficult for me to find what I was ordering. Next step was the same, more and more pop-up ads to try and get you to purchase more of their products! After a lengthy ordeal to place the order, it was finally placed. After placing the order, I never could find the plan they had for me, so I am not using the Green Diet. After the frustration I had, I started to read the reviews, only to find out others were having the same problem. PLUS when you sign up you are automatically put on auto renewal which I did not see due to all the pop ups. I immediately called the company to cancel my order. On a positive note, they had good customer service. They were prompt to respond, they immediately canceled my auto renewal, they were prompt in trying to tell me how to get to my Green Diet plan, and typed it out step by step, unfortunately when doing those steps more pop up came up and I was not able to find my plan, so I never was able to use the product. I would not feel comfortable about ordering from this company in the future. To purchase a plan and not be able to use it is terrible to begin with. If they offer a good plan and people like it they would more than likely add other options in the future, but to struggle to get to the first plan is terrible. Nothing about this web site was simple.

Ich habe ausschließlich einen 4-Wochen-Plan gekauft und beim Kauf alle zusätzlichen Angebote sowie Abonnements abgelehnt. Dennoch wurden mir 92,48 € abgebucht, ohne dass mir eine klare und nachvollziehbare Vertragsverlängerung ersichtlich war.

Bisher wurde mir auch kein vollständiger Vertrag bzw. keine transparente Übersicht der angeblichen Verlängerung zur Verfügung gestellt.

Nach EU-Verbraucherrecht besteht grundsätzlich ein 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht bei digitalen Produkten im Fernabsatz, sofern dieses nicht wirksam und eindeutig ausgeschlossen wurde (z. B. durch ausdrückliche Zustimmung zum sofortigen Beginn und Verzicht auf Widerruf).

Ich habe den Anbieter kontaktiert, jedoch keine zufriedenstellende Lösung erhalten.

Ich empfehle, solche Anbieter kritisch zu prüfen und bei unklaren Abbuchungen eine Rückbuchung über die Bank sowie eine Meldung bei der Verbraucherzentrale in Betracht zu ziehen.

Vi adescano con la proposta di un mese a prezzo stracciato, ma l’abbonamento si rinnova in automatico a 92,48 euro. Le condizioni che sottoscrivete accettando l’offerta sono tutte in inglese, e guarda un po , ingenuamente, accettate anche il rinnovo automatico che però non si sa quando avviene, perché non c’è nessuna data di riferimento e ovviamente NESSUN AVVISO DI RINNOVO, tantomeno nessuna possibilità di annullarlo dalla APP. Trasparenza 0. Il metodo per annullare abbonamento è ostico, difficile da capire, non lo fai direttamente dall’app ma devi inviare email , sperando che funzioni.

They lure you with the proposal of a month at a bargain price, but the subscription is automatically renewed at 92.48 euros. The conditions you subscribe to by accepting the offer are all in English, and look, naively, you also accept the automatic renewal but you don't know when it happens, because there is no reference date and obviously NO RENEWAL NOTICE, much less no possibility to cancel it from the APP. Transparency 0. The method to cancel the subscription is difficult, difficult to understand, you don't do it directly from the app but you have to send an email, hoping it works.

The app DID NOT TELL ME ABOUT THE UPCOMING CHARGE. THEY CHARGED MY BANK ACCOUNT FAR TOO MUCH SO I REPORTED IT TO MY BANK AS FRAUD. WAS NOT IMPRESSED WITH WHAT WAS OFFERED. FEEL VERY DECEIVED AND CANCELLED RIGHT AWAY. I AM DEMANDING A REFUND AS THEY DID NOT EVEN CHARGE THE RIGHT AMOUNT.

First of all - buyer beware. There is not a free trial, there is not a week long or month long trial - this is all paid subscription and it goes up by a lot.
Then they try & sell you hundreds of extra services.
The meal plans are boring. Sometimes the same meals twice in one day. There aren’t even enough vegetables- rarely did I notice 5 a day. The weights are in American ‘cups’. Anyone know what a third of a cup of pasta looks like? About 6 spirals!
It was so boring and uninspiring that I didn’t follow the plan at all, so can’t say whether or not I would have lost weight.

6 months ago I tried to subscribe to GreenDiet but was unsuccessful. I contacted customer service and they said my subscription request and payment did not go through so I was not subscribed and could not login.
As a result I gave up on their program thinking that for some reason I was unable to use my credit card on their site.
Six months later I discovered that indeed I was subscribed and they had been charging me fees for a subscription I didn’t know I had and had never once used!
I had never received an email or other contact saying I was after all successfully subscribed.
When I asked for reimbursement since I’d never accessed their content (believing I was not subscribed) they refused.
So GreenDiet is yet another scheme to take your money automatically while not informing the user. Avoid them!!

hanno una applicazione poco chiara, è un sistema per fregare soldi. Creano offerte speciali e poi non avvisano della scadenza addebitandoti sulla carta.

AVOID!!! THIS IS A SCAM!! Nowhere are you told it’s a subscription. You think you’re doing a months trial and it doesn’t say anything in the email you receive about a subscription and nothing in the app to say anything about a subscription. Took £79 out of my account UNAUTHORISED. I emailed them and they refused to give me a refund so I have reported this to my banks fraud and scam department. I didn’t even use the app as the meals were not what I expected. Can’t believe I got scammed like this! I’m livid!

Una auténtica estafa. Sólo me inscribí en la promoción de 4 semanas y me acaban de pasar un pago de 92€, sin avisar y sin que hubiera querido continuar. Además de que no lo he seguido. Un menú en el que para comer y cenar te pone pasta. No me ha interesado ni un solo día. He solicitado la devolución pero se niegan.
Para nada está claro cuando te inscribes para las 4 semanas. Hay más gente con esta opinión.

I paid $19.06 for a one time purchase. I didn't realize it was just for some recipes, which I could do on my own. The worst part is that they tried to charge my card $105.94 yesterday for a "subscription" that I did not order or approve. My bank sent me a fraud alert. Now I have had to cancel my debit card, wait for a new one, and contact all the companies I use for autopay. This is super inconvenient and a total scam.

I didn't expect a charge after the 6 week program. I was not able to find on the app where to cancel. A direct link would be nice.
The recipes and foods didn't fit into my daily lifestyle.

DO NOT sign up to this company .. I was interested to get some new vegan receipes .
I signed up with an offer for 4 weeks at £15.80 only to be charged £79 !!!
I contacted them and was told charges can not be refunded … have raised a complaint, not happy speaking with a junior assistant am awaiting a reply …
