Unbelievable service. Really easy to set up. Very helpful staff, always prompt emails. Would highly recommended. It’s a service that I think will make a very real difference to both the environment and employees health and well-being. I only wish the scheme was available for electric cars🤞.

Fiona at GCI has been absolutely fantastic!
I had an issue using my voucher and processing the quoted order from an online retailer- I contacted GCI and Fiona replied to every email within minutes, at one point even called the retailer on my behalf and then the issue was resolved. I couldn't be any happier and so pleased to have used GCI

Absolutely brilliant service! Got my bike voucher sorted with ease - quick and easy process.
Then Brexit caused several months of delays in manufacturing and shipping of my bike (nothing to do with GCI). I was going back and forth between my HR department, the reseller and the customs broker about how to resolve customs charges and VAT for about a month, then I was eventually told to contact GCI. The woman I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and reassuring - whoever you are, you're an angel. I emailed all the details to GCI and a fella called Rob solved my problem ON THE SAME DAY, in just two emails, and even waived the admin fee so I wouldn't have to pay extra.
If you're considering any cycle to work scheme, choose GCI. 10/10 would recommend

Incredibly quick and efficient process, and only bike to work scheme to not have a limited value, which is fantastic. Now have a new bike at a far more affordable price thanks to GCI :)

Applied to purchase my E-Bike through GCI and got an email response almost immediately and it was all processed and I received my voucher the next day. Brilliant service.

Fantastic company. Speedy & efficient process. Before I found Green Commute I tried a different company called Bike2Work based in Liverpool. They were awful & I ended up cancelling my deal & transferred to Green Commute instead. They charge the bike shop owners less commission & the whole setup is much more professional. I would thoroughly recommend them.

I chose GCI because their scheme has no 'sting in the tail' after 4 years. They processed the application very quickly and I had the collection voucher within 2 days, start to finish. Response to email queries was very quick also. I cannot fault them.

The first time I have used a Cycle to Work Scheme and implemented it in my business. The service from GCI is excellent, thoroughly efficient, and seamless. Follow up to emails is prompt and helpful and the whole process runs smoothly for the employee, employer and the shop.
