What's not to like?
Ladybrook in Bramhall: Quite simply service with a smile from the "A" team of Pat and Gemma. The Pub also has many other things to recommend it: Pleasant location, extensive options for food and drink, table reservations (if required), kid friendly, dog friendly, large car park (free but register at the bar), non-intrusive music and a host of TVs to watch football, the news etc. A totally easy and friendly place to be.

Visited the Ridgeway arms in Sheffield for food and shared it with hundreds of flies
The place was swarming with them, they knew they had a problem but didn't warn us of it before ordering food otherwise we wouldn't have ordered.
The flies were everywhere, tables, seating, windows and carpets
Certainly not conditions you should be serving food in
knowing you have a problem

If you are looking for a brilliant Sunday roast lunch. We went yesterday, we have been there before and the roasts just get better. One Sunday lunch could feed two. You can get a smaller plate. But that is huge. The chef is a lovely lady. This pub definitely us worth a visit .
Went to the Didsbury pub in Didsbury…
Went to the Didsbury pub in Didsbury for drinks and food with friends but struggled to get served! Nice food but NOT ENOUGH STAFF!
I must have waited nearly 10 mins. Beth
Just had a short stay at Millers Hotel…
Just had a short stay at Millers Hotel Sibson and it was wonderful. The reception lady Claire was friendly and explained everything which was nice for a couple in their 70s. Food and room were very nice and bar restaurant team were polite and helpful, Zane, Jason,Maise Stella plus the others made our stay lovely
Friendly, welcoming and efficient team.
We recently held my fathers wake at The Broad Oak Pub in Strelley, Nottingham. We had a bar tab for drinks (which were very reasonably priced) and had selected the 'Gold' level buffet for around twenty guests.
When we arrived the staff were friendly and an area set aside for us with clean tables and a cool welcoming atmosphere on what was already a hot day at 11.30am!
The drinks were cold, the food served fresh and tasty and plenty of it, the staff attentive when required and we were given plenty of time to chat and share memories of dad.
Well done to Chelsea (forgive me for not remembering other names) and the team and thank you for making it easy for us to enjoy the food, drink and space that was provided for us.
This enabled us all to focus on what mattered most to us on the day so well done to all of those people involved at The Broad Oak Pub Strelley and thank you once again!
Short Measures and Miserable Barmaid
We went to The Robin Hood in Clifton where the bar maid was jealous, rude, miserable, patronising and gave short measures to females.
She ran out of vodka when I asked for two doubles and said it was a full measure when I asked her to top it up. She said the other was a big measure, which was a lie, as I followed her round the bar and watched her empty the bottle!! She then proceeded to call me "Love".
She seemed to be okay to my nephews, so I let them go to the bar instead.
You need new, happy bar staff!!
Strawberry Garden Heysham
Food was nice.
Service eas terrible.
30 mins wait for meal from ordering to table. 27 mins after eating before empty plate taken away. Two visits to the bar asking for our desserts. Finally after 40 mins it's came to table. Wasn't worth the wait.

Worst UK pub chain
Atrocious customer service, from Head Office down to your local.
My local GK pub - the Station in Uckfield is the worst run pub I have ever been to, just in the last month I've had money incorrectly taken from my card and not refunded, both the ladies and gents toilets have been out of action for a week.
Furthermore, one of the draughts has only sporadically been on and on a couple of occasions multiple lines have been down. The kitchen is rarely open, but the food is terrible so that is probably a positive.
The pub used to a part of the local Pub Watch, which at least made it mostly safe from worst patrons, but the current manager couldn't be bothered renewing it and now all of the worst locals have found it and are openly dealing in the pub - despite this being pointed out on camera to the pub manager.
It's not a fun experience; it takes ages to get served even when the pub is empty and recently it just doesn't feel safe anymore. The Police attend more frequently but aside from being a huge red flag to patrons, it has changed nothing - the dealers move briefly to the car park, then return.
I've sent a complaint to Guest Services about the refund, as requested by the bored and uninterested pub manager who watches the mayhem unfold in his pub like a smiling, moronic cabbage after a lobotomy.
Needless to say, a month later, I have had no refund and no reply from anyone.
Easily the worst pub chain in the UK. Avoid.
A pre-booked group of people over 65
A group of us visited the pub. We had pre-ordered our meals. The food was good, well served with very reasonable prices.
However we were crammed into a small dining room, which was cold. The table top wobbled and the metal legs were caked with dirt. The backs of the chairs were also in need of a good clean.
We were all of an older generation, many with mobility issues. It would have been lovely to have been welcomed with more respect, shown with a warm, clean and larger dining space.
Staff and food good, but, not the dining room and furniture.

I have just read a review regarding Chloe by a person who is so off the mark Chloe is the most competent person I have ever met she is way beyond her years maybe the person who has criticised her should look in the mirror and ask themselves am I perfect I know the answer and by the way I am not related to this young lady she is an asset to the pub but wouldn’t blame her if she left young people should be encouraged not treated like idiots
Our Yoga Group Christmas Lunch
We had our Yoga Group Christmas Celebration at The Bell in East Molesey. It is a delightful old building dating from 1460. There were twelve of us for a Festive Fayre Lunch. The food was excellent and the service was exceptional. Each course of our food was served promptly and synchronised perfectly. There were six steaks of various types of preparedness, yet every one was delivered on time. The landlady, Emily, and her staff were both attentive and professional. I cannot rate this pub highly enough. I would recommend this establishment to anyone,
Food fantastic, but what happened to the beer?
We had a party of 30 for a Christmas Dinner at The Halfway Inn, Chandlers Ford on 16 December. Expectations not very high, but they were well and truly exceeded. Service was good (and cheerful) and food was absolutely just right! The only moan (and this knocked a star off the review) they RAN OUT OF REAL BEER. Now, I ask you, how does a pub which is part of a brewery chain manage to run out of Rael ale when they know they have a party of 30 relatively senior men coming for lunch a week before Christmas?
Lovely time at Cedar Tree Farm
Cedar Tree Farm, Cardiff. We visited at 17:45 on the 19th November and sat at table 56. The food was delicious and served quickly. The dessert cakes were enormous (😯😯) and very tasty and we were able to take what we didn't manage home. The staff were superb - very friendly, attentive, polite and professional. A very positive experience and highly recommended!

A regular here, Good food and great prices, served with a smile from long standing employee "Anna". Has had a recent refurb and EV charge points. Highly recommended.
Friendly and comfortable stay, convenient for Black Country museum.
Stayed at Himley House Hotel Dudley, plenty of car parking, very easy booking in, very friendly staff, room was clean comfortable and had everything we needed. The restaurant was busy but the staff were very efficient friendly and helpful, the food arrived quickly and was well presented, and the barman handled a busy evening with humour politeness and quick service. Breakfast was good and the lady taking orders and serving was really good, and helpful.

Ladies toilets were closed with a sign on the door to use the disabled toilet.
Well, what an experience that was! After having a couple of cans of coke, I was a bit desperate for a pee.
Went into the toilet, discovered it was actually hanging off the wall. Nevertheless this was the only toilet available for ladies so, down to business, the toilet actually rocked when you sat on it, had to hold onto the sink so I didn’t fall off! (Pity help any disabled person who needs to use that toilet) well, all done and now to flush……holy shit, there was water everywhere, looked like the toilet was uncoupled from the cistern! Just as well I had on trainers and not sandals as it was like a river flowing in there from 1 simple flush!
Total disgrace of a place!
Underwhelming is being polite.

Arriving at the pub, render fallen from the brick wall, broken into various piles on the floor. This was a hint of what the rest of my experience would be. Pub looks run down and tarnished.
Unclean tables, littered with glasses and stains.Plates and cutlery not cleared from previous guests.
Just a few staff members displaced around the interior. Unable to find anyone to ask for menus, had to serve myself with some. Joined the queue at the bar, waited, waited and waited. Only one member of staff serving.
Ordered food. Expressionless member of staff served me. Food arrived at our table. It was barely warm, going cold. Skin on fries were anemic, could have passed for potato crisp chip sticks.
Aspell cider I ordered was very weak, almost watered down, hardly any taste.
The burger was slightly under cooked. Left a strange after taste.
At 7.30pm, went back to the bar to order more food. As if a sudden decision had been made, member of staff stated “we aren’t serving food anymore”. No reason given. Food supposed to be served until 9pm.
Saw other people arrived, then leave again as they could not order food!
As I tried to enjoy the food I had paid a heavy price for, observed the car park parking signage and CCTV cameras. Ready to enforce penalty charges should you incorrectly type your registration number or overstay by more than 5 minutes.
Zero atmosphere, despondent customers, staff may have been automatons.
Went to the pub to enjoy an ice cold cold drink and flavour some food on a hot day. Left with negative experience of Greene King pubs. Will not be re visiting in the near future.
Horrid!
Come to The Mulberry's a lot as a family for dinners out etc. But today was very disappointing, the food was brought out with half the burger missing and about 8 fries on the plate considering it was classed as a
"signature burger" was baffling. Half way through our food my chicken strips was still half frozen in the inside! | ALSO found 2 hairs on my sons dinner which physically couldn't of been any of my family's, As we was leaving I noticed through the door none of the kitchen staff were wearing hair nets with reasonably long hair! I told the man who looked like the manager on shift and he seemed to have no interest in it and told me "oh sorry I'll have a word with them". Disgusting.
