I've just inherited probably the most clunky ATS I've used in 20yrs+ of working in this space. The customer support is useless, truly useless. All they do is share links and tell you to go and read it for yourself. I've had much better service from TeamTailor and Recruitee.
What other ATS's can do in 1-2 clicks, Green house takes 6-7 so the time wasted really does mount up.
The careers page is very old fashioned and boring compared to newer ATS's too. Overall, I can't wait until we can move away from this.
