For years I always book through Carjet and always book a Green Motion car. Their customer service is always great. I was disappointed this time in their definition of a mid size automatic car. If that was mid size Toyota Yaris I wouldn’t like to see a smaller car. It was the most uncomfortable car to drive. Comparison to a four wheeler wheel barrow. Very disappointing

Resposta da Green Motion Car and Van Rental - Green Motion Edinburgh Airport
Thank you for returning to Green Motion over the years and for recognising the customer service. We understand why this booking disappointed you: the Yaris did not match what you expected from a midsize automatic and you found it uncomfortable to drive. If you would like the booked category compared with the car supplied, please send your Carjet confirmation and rental reference privately to ics@cs.greenmotion.com so customer services can review them.

Friendly and good customer service
Friendly and good customer service. Vehicle was very good and economical. However the location of the office at Edinburgh Airport is hard to find at Secure Parks, and it would be helpful if it was located in the main car rental centre, nearer the hotels.

Green motion has become my favourite…
Green motion has become my favourite car rental: their delivery and return process is quick and smooth, staff are friendly and sociable, the rental prices are very reasonable, often you are given an upgrade at no extra charge ( on more than one occasion I was given an automatic instead of a manual car and a bigger car than I had booked) ; the location is actually in one of the airport car parks which means a few minutes on the shuttle.
