I couldn't believe how cheap the item was that they sent me. I had seen this item at a department store and it looked and felt good. I decided to order it from the website instead ( HUGE MISTAKE) NOT the same quality. Or maybe they sent a different one. I returned it, had to pay $20 to ship it back! I just lost $20 of a $60 item! Makes no sense at all. Worst customer service I've ever delt with! I will never try another GreenPan product again! I rather continue paying more for the other brands!

So far the pans are great, and live up to what we expect. We are handwashing and have protection between them as we really want them to last.

The skillets arrived on time and properly boxed.

First, the products are excellent. My omelet pan makes perfect omelets every time. Never any browning. The rice cooker gives me perfect rice. Above all, their customer service is outstanding. When I have had questions, they were answered quickly and well. The first rice cooker I bought had a problem. I contacted customer service. Within a week, I had a new rice cooker, one that works perfectly, without hassle, questions or difficulty. When you combine great products with great service, you have a great company, one in which I am happy to say I'm a very satisfied customer.

I like the product well enough once I received it. It was lost in transit, customer service never responded to my email. Over a month later it arrived, communication would have been appreciated.

I purchased a GreenPan air fryer that stopped working after several months. I reached out to customer service and the experience was effortless from start to finish. They were super helpful, stood behind their warranty 100%, and sent me a replacement immediately with no hassle. It's rare to get that level of professionalism these days, and it's made me a loyal customer going forward.

I already had one Green Pan which is my favorite large skillet. Loving my small one also. It is very non-stick and I feel better having ones that are healthier for me and the environment.

I've enjoyed my new cookware, nothing has stuck and I've made eggs, cheezy pasta dishes and other dishes. I let the pans cool, then I wash with soap and water, no problems with clean up.

The pan worked well for maybe two rounds of fried eggs. Ever since there has been heavy sticking of food and it is hard to clean. I have been careful about heat level and always used oil or butter. Total disappointment, total waste of money.

I ordered baking sheets and wanted 2 different sizes. When the first size went through, I didn't get to order the 2nd size. Customer service was FAST, EASY, and my 2nd items were shipped in no time. Thank YOU! And I love the new baking sheets!!

Not a bad product, but basically no return policy and when I looked back nothing said final sale on it however the website claimed it was all final sale. Not sure if this the norm but seems disreputable, I purchase a pan organizer with my 10 piece set but the organizer doesn't fit everything so it's useless but apparently, I am stuck with it. My fault for buying online, next time only in person.
