The GreenPan diamond coat fry pan set are the best pans I’ve ever used. The 8/10/12 inch pans fit all our cooking needs, and the non stick coating makes clean up so easy. Recommend to also get the felt pan protectors so you can stack the pans with damaging the surfaces.

Still waiting on a shipping on a shipping return label, it’s been over a week.

Quality, color, and performance are as advertised. The included sponge appreciated but a few more, maybe one per pan would have been better.

The pans look beautiful and I was excited about them being non toxic BUT they scratch so easy and now I don’t believe they are non toxic anymore. I was super gentle even stored them with the pads they shipped with just to avoid scratching and within two weeks they were already chipped and scratched.

I’ve tried to email per their request and no one has answered or replied back.

I purchased a Greenpan Frosty. The Frosty definitely has some flaws. I have had two that wouldn’t get cold enough to produce soft serve and sorbet.
Instead it was like a milkshake . Also the plastic bowl has cracked a few times. I paid $399 for the Frosty and it is very poorly made for the cost. I must say customer service has been great! Very helpful and friendly! I received a new model as a replacement so I’m hoping this one is designed better and the bowl doesn’t break.

The worst customer service ever. My order was delivered after I tried to cancel the order. Up till then customer service was indifferent with my concern.

Bought pans for my daughters for Christmas. They loved them, but were more interested in knowing they were safe to use for their families.

When I realized that maybe we should be more careful too, and thought well I guess I better get some for us, I tried a fry pan. Love it. Cooks great. Easy to clean. And safe!!! The trifecta! Ordered a full set for us.

Frozen treats at the touch of a button! It was easier and faster than expected. Clean up is a breeze!

Easy to contact for issues with my pan and response was extremely fast with a resolution to the problem.

Only used it once so far but it produced good results.

Used these pans daily for about a month now and have loved them! Heat extremely well, cook evenly, and very easy to clean. Such an upgrade from the pans I had before!

Green Pan's customer service has been good, but the only reason I know that is that we're on the third (very expensive) waffle maker that they've sent us, which still does not work as described. They've told us they are done sending replacements, so we have nearly $300 appliance that usually does not work, despite our following the directions explicitly.

It took a long time to get part. Your shipping is alful. It isn’t fast or thorough. It takes days to even ship anything .
You did send the part we needed. That was good.

Quality product we love the Valencia Pro Ceramic nonstick cookware we bought they are amazing!

I copied my niece, who put this pan on her registry. It's great for frying an egg. My only frustration was that I couldn't order them both at the same time.
