Very disappointed that I am not easily able to return the ice cream maker. I recieved one as a gift the week before this one arrived and not have no need for two.

They replaced a defective unit with just a few verification steps.

Nice pan and food does not stick

Rapid delivery of the 3 pan Valencia set. Love the sage color. And most important these pans are the best I have owned. Even cooking and quick cleanup.

I have used my muffin pan once so far and find it great.
However, I believe the price is too high. 😩

Best non stick pan yet, provided instructions are followed.

If I had known the customer service was this bad and that they would make an exchange so difficult, I would never have bought it.

Well it is a brand new pans I got the 10inch and the 12. The pans are very well constructed heavy but not to heavy, they look absolutely beautiful. And now that I have cooked in both several times, I am very well pleased with both, I have used the 10 much more than the 12 but they both are incredible pans. Look forward to years of cooking with both of them...:)))

High quality pans that will last forever

Customer service reps have been great and replacement parts sent. That being said I am concerned about product longevity as ice cream maker mixing bowls continue to fail.

Love them! The food doesn’t stick and it very easy to clean. Definitely recommend!

Disappointed in the
Non-stick

First, I love making soft serve ice cream and cleanup is pretty easy. Secondly, I did have an issue with the mixing bowl but Customer Service was excellent and sent a replacement right away. So far, I'm very happy with the product!

I’m so happy to have found something that doesn’t burn waffles! Also, it cooks pizza beautifully and air fries like a dream. It’s so pretty too! Love my GreenPan oven!

Quick shipping, great packaging, and an amazing pan. I honestly am shocked at the performance. Things that stick to even other nonstick float around on the pan like some sort of chicanery. Pretty close to magic and i'm not sure about the longevity but so far so good and we use the heck out of it. The price was reasonable when comparing performance and quality. I've since bought some other green pan products and love them all.

I only got one intact pan. The 12" pan was broken (detached handle) upon delivery. You have made NO effort to help or refund. You simply said it was out of stock. No solutions, no assistance and NO response to my inquiry about WHEN I might get my pan. I want a full refund! Regardless of the quality of your products your customer service has been abysmal and you have had several chances to correct that.
