My Value Edition, Green Zone bike arrived quickly and well boxed, and it was easy to set up (what little needed to be). When I I contacted Green Zone regarding a minor set up question, they replied very quickly and followed up extremely well. I havn't had a chance to ride it a lot yet, but what riding on it I'd done so far was a pleasure--easy adjustments, clean gear switching, and quite a stable feel.

First, quality of bike is outstanding, and the extras make it a value (fenders, bottle holder, carrying bag, and rear rack). Customer Service: you actually can call and speak to someone right away, and they are responsive to your needs. Shopped around and this is probably the best price/quality combo around. BTW, alloy bike is 27 lbs, and easily transported on transit/train.

We bought the independent pedaling, folding tandem bike so that my wife and I could ride together. Ever since she had knee surgery, she has not been able to ride with me. The bike is great, and since it folds, we can put it in the van to take anywhere and hop on together and go.
GreenZone Bikes people, (you know who you are :) ) were great. They took care of any issues and concerns, were friendly, and helpful in putting things together and understanding the bike. I am recommending them and the bike to all. Thanks again.

Just purchased my second 'Folder' from Green Zone for a family member.
Have enjoyed my "Premium' 20" in the few months I've owned it.
I have purchased and rode many bikes over the years - (Road, Mtn, hybrid) and was a little nervous making the purchase as I am
a 'Clydesdale' class rider - 6'3" and ... well...not under 200 lbs.
But the ride is good - knees don't hit handle bar and it is a
surprisingly comfortable ride. Add portability and price - can't be beat. Customer support is excellent. Any and all emails I sent to GZ were answered quickly and most satisfactorily.

Very happy with my Greenzone bike. Purchased it a few weeks ago. Just called them over the phone and gave them my information. The gentleman that took my order was very helpful by answering all my questions and helping me choose the correct model. The bike arrived in just a few days ready to ride out of the box and now I’m really enjoying it. I just throw it in my car and take it everywhere. Getting a lot of looks when I ride and will continue sending them to Greenzone!

We bought two of these bikes about 6 months ago and couldn't be happier. They are well made heavy duty and all the foldable joints and clamps and alignments maintain themselves very well with no problems at all. Very neat and unfolds very easily and rides like a dream. Best bike on the market from our shopping experiences. Thanks very much. We ride them on the beaches, paved roads, dirt roads, all kinds of environments and simply hose them down and pat them dry and they continue to look and ride like brand new. I bought my cute red GreenZone Bike over the winter. I was extremely excited when the weather broke, so that I can get on it and ride. The first day, I took the bike out to ride, I noticed it was extremely slow and there was a clicking noise. I saw a man on a folding Citizen Bike, who looked at me and laughed. As though to say, you should have bought one of these instead. Nonetheless, I kept riding. The next day, I sent an e-mail to GreenZone, as well as gave them a call. I spoke with a guy, who wasn't very pleasant. He told me to adjust the black knob in the gear area. I did just as he said several times. However, it still has the noise and the chain is jumping off track. Yesterday, April 20, I sent another e-mail, asking for assistance, no reply. Today, April 21, I called several times and the phone is going to voice mail. What type of place is this and, what Customer Service? Seems as if there is only one guy there.

I am extremely disappointed with the bike and customer service. I will spread the word to others that are looking for a folding bike to look someplace else. I knew I should have gone with The Citizen like I started.

Now, I have to go to a bike shop to get this bike in proper working condition.

I love my GreenZone Bike! I live in an apartment and it is a perfect bike for me. I have a bike trail/ walking trail about 50 ft. behind my apartment and this bike makes biking so easy. Great exercise! Easy to store and really easy to get in and out of elevator. Love how it fold up! Easy to ride. Great to fit in a trunk of a car, too. I would recommend to everyone who stores their bike inside or takes in their car and just love to ride a bike!

Bought a bike, very happy with my purchase.

My wife is not very athletic nor likes the outdoors very much. She saw this bike on Good Morning America and just HAD TO HAVE IT! Against my better judgement based on historical outdoorsy purchases, I went ahead and purchased it (premium Model) for her and low and behold........she absolutely LOVES IT! We ride on the boardwalk on the beach, around the neighborhood, and at local parks. It small, lightweight weight, and just perfect size for her. She folds it herself, takes it to work, and on her lunch rides is around a nearby park. she can control it and feels very comfortable riding it. Make no mistake however, this bike is very strong, durable, and made of excellent quality components! I weight 220 lbs and have no problem riding it. I liked it so much i just recommended it to my good friend in Argentina! Anyway, you can't and won't go wrong with this bike, I highly recommend it for anyone!

Great online purchase.
Was a little worried about ordering a bike online without trying it out first. All that went away once my sharp greenzone bike arrived. It was just as described and at a great price. I Take it with me on the bus for my park and ride commute every day. Instead of having to walk from the bus stop to my work, I just hop on my folder and away I go. So easy to fold and unfold. Very pleased with my decision to order from greenzone. Another very satisfied customer.

Excellent quality folding bike. Just as durable and sturdy as a non-folding bike, but with the convenience of being able to put it in my trunk or backseat and I don't have to buy or attach a bulky bike holder on my car. Unfolding is such ease, can be done in seconds. Front and back shocks give a great comfortable ride, gear shifters are smooth and easy to use. The customer service was extremely attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this to all my family and friends.

Love my folding bike from Greenzone bikes. It arrived a couple of days ago after ordering . It came almost fully assembled which made it easy to begin using . I am very much enjoying my bike and receive many compliments from other riders . I have begun to refer people to your great company

I wasn't able to find a similar bike delivered or purchasable in the US that came close to the value that my GreenZone Bike is. I looked for a long time...
Solid little bike, lots of extras included, Smokin' price. I've ridden it around town a bit, but can't wait to fly away to a beach somewhere & have my bike with me.

I love having my folding bike with me on campus! It makes getting from my dorm to all of my classes ten times easier and quicker since they're all pretty far apart. I've been using my bike everyday and it still rides as good as the day I bought it. The best thing about it is that I can fold it up so that it fits in my small room. It's light enough and small enough that I can take it into classes with me and not have to worry about it getting stolen like some of the other bikes on campus do. SO satisfied that I decided to invest in this bike for college.

Love my premium edition greenzone bike. Easy to fold and light enough to just stick in my trunk or backseat to take with me whenever I want to ride. The bike arrived in just a few days and was almost completely assembled- even I could do it! Get lots of compliments when I am riding it and always direct them to greenzone. Keep up the good work!

When i first received my bike the logo was halfway off but that didn't matter to me i don't like stickers. The video that was attached with the email was very helpful. When i notice that front brake was loose i emailed the company and someone got back in touch with me. He was very helpful, he told me to take the bike to a shop and get it fix and he would refund my money. i got the brake fixed and took a picture of the receipt and he refunded my money. also my husband loves the bike and i think i want to get one for myself.

After looking online for several weeks, decided to go with greenzone. I saw the video on the website which showed how easy it was to use and the different adjustments. For the price and with all the free extras they throw in, I am very pleased. My husband and I each got one and use them all the time when we travel in our RV. Best purchase we made in a long time! Will keep on telling everyone about greenzone.

We got a couple of this bikes to keep inside out power boat, after weeks of research I can tell you that this was the best option available (for under $300) after placing the order we received our bikes in a timely matter along with excellent email support. I'm very impressed with the quality of this bikes (perfect for what we needed) light, small, easy to fold and a great ride. lots of accessories (that you can remove if you don't want) but this extra accessories that you get for free will cost you extra money with any other brand. excellent value.

I just purchased a folding bike from GreenZone about a month or so ago, and it was one of the greatest purchases I've ever made to date. I've owned another folding bike a year ago from a different company but it was too uncomfortable to enjoy. But not my GreenZone, it has been a comfortable, enjoyable and affordable (unlike the last one) ride every time. I take a lot of weekend trips to Austin and eveytime I go I have to bring my GreenZone so I can just fold it out and ride around the beautiful Lake Travis and other great places in the area. It goes great in the city as well! I would recommend this bike to anybody! It has been an absolutely amazing ride so far!
