★★★★★ **Five Stars — Exceptional Service from Sarah and Nina at Griffin Funding**

There are companies that process loans, and then there are people who understand that behind every loan is an actual person trying to accomplish something important. Sarah and Nina at Griffin Funding fall firmly into the second category.

This is my second loan with Griffin Funding, and I have worked with Sarah for years. There is a reason I came back.

Sarah is exceptional at what she does. Financing is rarely a perfectly straight road—there are hurdles, questions, unexpected issues, and occasionally moments when you wonder whether something can actually get done. Sarah seems to have an extraordinary ability to look at a hurdle and immediately start looking for the way around it.

She doesn't simply tell you what can't be done. She looks for what **can** be done.

She worked tirelessly to structure the loan, explore the available options, and keep things moving until we found the right path forward. That kind of persistence is increasingly rare. You never feel as though you're simply another file sitting on someone's desk. You feel as though someone is genuinely invested in getting you to the finish line.

Once Sarah had everything moving in the right direction, Nina stepped in and was equally impressive.

Nina is remarkably efficient. Paperwork gets handled quickly, questions get answered clearly, and communication is effortless. She also has something that can't really be taught: she is simply very good with people. She's personable, professional, organized, and genuinely pleasant to work with.

And then there is their responsiveness.

I've worked with Griffin Funding for years, and throughout that time I have typically received responses within about 20 minutes—which by itself is extraordinary in the lending business. With Nina, there were occasions when I received an answer in less than five minutes.

That matters.

When you're dealing with financing, uncertainty creates stress. Waiting hours or days for someone to answer a simple question can make an already complicated process unnecessarily frustrating. Sarah and Nina remove much of that anxiety because you know that when something comes up, someone is actually going to respond.

That creates trust.

Ultimately, the best compliment I can give Griffin Funding is also the simplest: **I came back.**

After completing one loan with them, when I needed financing again, I went back to Sarah and Griffin Funding. And after my experience this time with both Sarah and Nina, I would do it again without hesitation.

If you're looking for a lender where people answer their phones, respond to their emails, look for solutions instead of excuses, and genuinely work to get a difficult transaction across the finish line, I cannot recommend Griffin Funding—and particularly Sarah and Nina—highly enough.

Greetings, I have just recently dealt with several companies to obtain a HELOC loan. Some of the loan officers about 5 of them had taken it upon themselves to refinance my loan at 2.25% to give me a cash-out and begin a new loan of 30 years at 6.5% interest. I must have wasted 1 month or more trying to accomplish this task until I found Griffin Funding; they were able to accomplish this loan within 2 -3 weeks and close. Easy to work with the required documents, mostly through the internet; straight up easy and secure.

This company calls me incessantly. I asked to be taken off their list but they just call from a different number. Every time, I block it but then a new one shows up. Caller ID says Spencer at Griffin, Scot at Griffin, Meghan at a Griffin. They are annoying spammers and they refuse to get out of my life.
