Customer Service Appalling

I agree with the other reviewers the customer service is appalling! They don’t care about you as a customer neither are they willing to compensate or give a good will gesture. In one week I received a faulty chopping board and then from a separate order I received a wok with the handle sticking out of the box that is obviously too small. The warehouse packers are just beyond belief by doing so. I have to wait nearly a week for the damaged pan to be collected even though I was promised it earlier. Avoid, avoid avoid!

Worst expirience ever.

Worst expirience ever.
Tefal used this useless company to fix my Opti Grill.
1st time they collected my grill, hold while repair for around month or even longer and then returned damage Grill. I speak with them by phone and was promised to me like I will receive brand new cooking plates .
Unfortunately nothing received.
Then I contact Tefal directly and they again used same company for repair.
They had my opti Grill for 3 weeks and again returned damage machine.
I'm so much disappointed.

I ordered a set of induction saucepans…

I ordered a set of induction saucepans on 8 September 2022, it stated delivery would be 2-5 working days, I am still waiting for them to be delivered. Spoke with customer services twice and they were not very helpful said it was out of their control. I asked for a refund so that I can buy some saucepans from elsewhere but was told they cannot refund me, very disappointed with the service I have received. Then I get an email today 22 September 2022 asking to post a review on the purchase that I haven’t received yet. What a joke. I have requested a phone from a manager so god knows when I will receive this call. Not impressed

Non existent Customer Service

Appalling customer service! Needed service on a Teefal steam generator iron. Waited over 26 minutes for reply as No 1 in the queue before giving up. Followed advice to book a service on line but the booking service doesn't work at all. Worst customer service i've ever experienced and advise anyone to avoid their Teefal products

Dreadful customer care, morally bankrupt - SHAME on you, GROUPE SEB/TEFALTEFAL

I bought a Tefal sandwich maker which was advertised as a 10 year repairable product. Confident I would get a good service life from it, I also bought several sets of interchangeable plates amounting to some significant expense overall.
Barely 4 years old, it needs replacement elements - no problem I thought, get them online (10 year repairable product) fit them (I'm a qualified electrician) and off we go again.
However, I couldn't find them on line, all listed obsolete on the various spares sites, so emailed Tefal customer care requesting spares availability. Actually took 2 mails to get the answer that they were available but not to consumers.
Another mail suggested I contact their service centre, but the service centre they gave me a number for doesn't deal with repairs from N Ireland, although part of the UK.
My next mail requesting a copy of their complaints procedure was ignored, as was another one requesting confirmation of escalation of my problem to management (as their complaints procedure, which I eventually found online under Groupe SEB, not Tefal, states should happen).
A further 2 emails to the Tefal UK CEO - Mr W Yates - requesting help both went totally unacknowledged - clearly this total disdain for customers works from the top down.
At this point I have a repairable product which Tefal, far from honouring their 10 year repairable product advertising, are effectively preventing me from repairing.
Overall, one of most appalling customer care services I have come across, from a company which obviously couldn't care less about it's customers or their problems.
Would not recommend anyone to buy any Tefal appliances after discovering just how low an opinion they have of their customers.

Groupe Seb & Tefal appalling customer service

Bought a Tefal Avanti classic kettle & matching toaster from Currys in November 2020. In February 2021 the kettle continually boiled and failed to turn off. I returned it to Currys who replaced it. It is doing the same again. Filled my room with Steam - Major potential fire issue, not to mention the steam creating water running down the tiles behind the electric sockets. My 2 issues, you go on the Tefal website and it is impossible to register a complaint, every other option but this. I dont want to drive back to the store for a third time at my expense for a product that should be fit for purpose. Disgraceful product and poor service.

Very disappointing

First of all I'd like to ask why Trustpilot are showing 3 stars for a company which only has one 1-star review.
Here is another.
I emailed WMF on 15 August to ask for help getting a spare part for a WMF product.
Having received no reply at all, I phoned today.
I was advised that SEB were answering the call because they have bought WMF. They said they could not help me with the part I require and told me that was a WMF policy which they could do nothing about.
I previously was a great admirer of the WMF brand: I am very disappointed.
It may well be that SEB can't do anything to help but when I asked why they hadn't replied to my email all I got was "well we haven't received it", no further interest in why. I didn't get a message saying it was undelivered so I take the view that SEB customer services is defective

Bought a Jamie Oliver Tefal Hard…

Bought a Jamie Oliver Tefal Hard Anodized 2.2l Induction pan with non stick surface.

Thrilled with initial use, however when I tried to boil some eggs in the pan using my induction hob on full power the steel plate on the bottom became delaminated from the aluminium pan! I can now only use the pan on lower heat settings!

No acknowledgment of my complaint from Tefal Customer Service! Looking at other opinions here on Trustpilot I am not holding out much hope for any positive result!

Update 1: 10 days later had acknowledgement from Tefal - looking into it, upgrade to 2 stars✔️

Update 2: Posted faulty pan to Groupeseb.co.uk two months ago and have heard nothing! Tried calling customer service but referred to their web site. Seems that the web site designer is living in cloud cuckoo land and designed the site without knowing how bad this company is!
Downgrade to one star!

Update 3: Tefal advised I used the pan wrong! Should not have been near heat! We do not make this pan anymore! Useless Customer Service for such a large company!
