Fake website. Ordered lawn sweeper for £38.00 and received a trinket instead. 100% scam

I needed some 12 core cable for a caravan urgently. i found this company on line and they offered (at additional expence) an Express 24hr delivery service.
I placed an order, expecting delivery the following day.
When i received no despatch information from them, i made seven attempts at calling them and no-one picked up the phone. As time was going on, I sent them emails direct requesting the order be canceled, this was also sent via PayPal. I finaly received despatch details over 48hrs later.
The order eventually arrived at around 6pm on a Sunday evening a full six days after it had been placed. Granted there had been a postal dispute which delayed delivery further. However, had the order been processed and sent in line with the Express 24hr delivery paid for, it woud have been with me before the start of the postal dispute. As this order was urgently required, I had to incur additional expence sourcing the cable elsewhere.
My emails requesting cancelation of the order, and all others since have been ignored and i have been unable to speak with them on the phone as they don't pick up. I can only assume the are not interested in doing the honourable thing in providing me with a refund.
This company is one that dents confidence in buying online!

Ordered on 29th April 2-3 day delivery. 18th May still no item. They do not reply to my emails. Luckily I paid with PayPal and they have refunded me.
I can't understand how this company is still trading and taking orders...

Order placed Tuesday 6th June 2020. Paid via PayPal I have sent them a couple of emails asking where there order is as yet 26/06/20 I've heard nothing from. I've tried to phone their sales Dept but the phone just rings out and their voice mail is full.
I'm wondering whether they have issues due to Covid 19 or they closed down. either way it appears they have forgotten to turn off their automated online ordering system.

Placed an online order on Friday 12th June 2020. Paid for 24 hour delivery. When item did not arrive on the 16th, I sent a polite email asking if the parcel has been despatched. ---No reply from them. A couple of days later I telephoned the number on the invoice. Answer Machine message stating that I could not leave a message as inbox full. I have since sent a few more emails and made more 'phone calls but absolutely no response from the seller.

If there is a problem with the order, the seller could at least reply and explain.

They were quick enough to reply to an unrelated question via EBay about a £400 trailer that I sent to check that they were still trading.

I have now escalated the matter with PayPal.
