I run a theatre trips company and use GroupLine extensively. The whole team are helpful but Monika is my key contact and nothing is ever too much trouble. She is very efficient and flexible if I have to change dates due to coach booking issues etc. She is also really helpful at reminding me when reservations are nearing their due date and effective at teeing up priority requests for new shows. As a teacher who leads lots of school trips to the theatre, I must say, my experience with Group Line has been amazing! We've been to numerous shows, but our experience at the Harold Pinter Theatre to watch Sadie Sink and Noah Jupe in Romeo and Juliet last night was fantastic!
