They sent me a used unit, then tried to charge me to send it back and reshelf it. There is no quality assurance, and customer service is, quite literally, the WORST I’ve ever experienced. I wouldn’t use their products if they gave it to me for free.

Ordered hps lights from growace
Ordered hps lights from growace. One of the lights wouldn’t work but they just kept sending new bulbs…didn’t solve the problem. And their customer service is trash….sorry is someone named Earl tries to “help” you won’t get very far.
Bottom line is they took my money and haven’t provided me with a working product.

GrowAce canceled my shipment but kept my money
GrowAce called FedEx (per Fed Ex) on my delivery day and canceled my shipment! They proceeded to tell me the package was still coming and that I should sit home every day to sign for it. What a bunch of crooks. Customer service was a joke. Run away from these jokers…..they don’t know how to run a business.

As I ordered a light, which I was told was in stock, I received an email several days later saying they made a mistake and it wasn't in stock. On month later, after being told several weeks in a row that I'd have it that week, I was lied to and told order was on its way. 5 days later, order hasn't been shipped, just fed ex label created, tried to get company to swap with a similar product, not helpful in the slightest and not willing to work with me. Buyer beware. I'll never do business there again, prices are highest around too from what I found after shopping a bit.

Highly recommend, and remember people seldom leave reviews when they are satisfied with the purchase but EVERYONE leaves a bad review when they are dissatisfied with the purchase hence why there may be more bad reviews than good on here
Biggest Butt-Jam on the planet
Biggest Butt-Jam on the planet. As so many have expressed, this is the worst site I have ever done business with. Customer service is nonexistent. Bought a bulb. As soon as I placed the order, received an email confirmation and directly after came one requesting a rating, as if they had done me a great service by accepting my order. Received another email a week later telling me that the order had shipped. It was delivered at about the same time. There was no fragile or handle with care labels and the bulb was broken. Immediately contacted customer support, was advised to take photos and send, which I did. This was at the end of August. Have made numerous calls and still getting the runaround. They obviously don’t have supervisors as they would not let me talk to them. Totally frustrated!

The 105 gallon resivoir will not hold under the water pressure gone through 2 of them in a month 210 gallons of water on my floor I messaged growace and they've been ghosting me the dowel rods are weak and hollowed not strong enough to hold the water they assured me it wouldn't happens again I don't appreciate being ghosted after spending 700 dollars with these guys not a good impression

I bought a bulb from these guys and paid for two days delivery. Thirty two days later I received it. Twice they told me that they were going to send my money back.217 dollars for a one hundred dollar bulb my word means something to me I would not buy from them ever again and I tell everyone I know what they did I have never dealt with anyone as bad as they are. Worst customer service ever!
Worst customer service ever! I ordered a Phat Filter, 6" x 39", 800 CFM and when I opened the box there was a huge dent and charcoal dust all over the place.
I wrote 2 emails to customer service and all I got was crickets. They haven't responded to my inquiries what so ever. I would never order another product from these con artists. Under no circumstances order anything from these scammers.
DO NOT TRUST THESE RIPOFFS
Terrible bunch of liars. Claim to be "small family owned business who care about their customers". Bull crap. Claim "outstanding customer service" Bull crap. On hold for 13 minutes trying to find out why my product ordered 31 hours prior hadn't shipped. Given a line of total CRAP. And no guarantees it would ship anytime soon. Bull crap!
Update: Called last night and was told my item -- despite being listed as "in stock" is "probably" out of stock. I asked for refund and was told "maybe". I filed fraud complaint with PayPal.

Good company
I needed my bulb replaced because it arrived damaged. Thank to Growace, without any hesitation my I got my replacement yesterday.

The aircube is a must purchase. I love the buckets and the system. My plans are very happy.
Buyers Beware
So I ordered the aircube 6 pot system with the intent of expanding it to 36 in the next year.. I paid for the larger 105 gallon reservoir. Well the sent me a cheaper brand off their website. When I called about the mistake, I was told they would reach out by email. So more bad customer service. They offered me a $30 store credit if I was willing to keep their mistake. Funny part about this is that the grow ace model retails for $199.00 and the knock off brand retails for $119.00 on their site. Seriously you call that great customer service. So you offer me $30.00 and theirs a price difference of $90.00 your still ahead $60.00 and you want me to live with your mistake! Buyers beware!
Then in your reply you throw my address out there! Again worse customer service in any industry!

This website is absolute scam
This website is absolute scam. They sent me a completely defective CO2 controller and now they won’t reply back email AND THEY HANG UP ON PHONE CALLS. They charged me $230 and now they tell me they can’t do anything.
They were contacting me and messaging me over and over when the order wasn’t placed yet. After placing the order and receiving a defective controller, now they ignore me and won’t do anything about return and refund.
