After watching a lot of robotic dog advertisements, I bought one for my daughter which was a real scam.

This company is a group of Thieves. I ordered a product which was never delivered after charging me money. I kept asking their customer support which stopped replying after a few useless emails.

Beware of them

What a fake rip off company.

Purchased an alleged realistic robot dog. Scary and very badly constructed, trying to return for refund. 🤣

Tried contacting company, did not get a response. Thankfully purchased via PayPal refunded immediately.

I bought toys to my baby that never arrived. Please, be aware that this company does not respect their clients. The worst website to buy anything.

I bought 2 pairs of magnetic eyelashes (one natural and one full). I received two that look exactly the same. Poor quality. Looks really unnatural. I am really unhappy.

Do not order from this company! They advertisements are false. They advertised V-neck T-shirts and when they came they were clearly round neck T-shirts and they told me the order was right and would do nothing to fix it. except send me $5. They had the pictures to prove they were the wrong ones and still insisted they were right. BAD Company

They said they shipped it. It got into the country then appeared stuck at a shipping hub in Tennesee (I live in Oregon). I waited, and waited, then contacted them to see if they could help track it. The next day their status updated to DELIVERED. Not! It never came. I tried contacting them again to get a refund, crickets & tumbleweeds. Definite scam. Grrrrrr.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY. everything that actually arrives is a rip off fake version of what they advertise. Including Laura Gellar makeup and Wonderskin lip tints.They should be prosecuted!

I ORDERED A MAGNIFYING GLASS OVER THREE MONTHS AGO and so far I haven't received anything.
They sent me an email telling me it had been delivered to my P.O. Box one day at 9:30 a.m., and it's a lie, because the post office where my P.O. Box is located opens at 10 a.m.
Another swindle Company with swindle tactics to rip off people.
BE AWARE, since I lost my money and time.

I ordered this flower on 09.June.
As of today 03.August i received nothing…!

I ordered what I thought was a protective wand/stick as that is what the video showed. I had delivered a waist clip from a Sydney Australia company. I continued to get emails up dating me on my order, that was also a scam. I tried to get the wand but no way would they budge and I was left with a useless waist clip.

I've given a 1 star as I can't go lower, I ordered a product on the 19th of June as of today 24th July I'm still getting the runaround on where my order is, dont waste your money stay well away

I ordered & paid but never received. I reached out for order status a couple times, being told order held up due to tariff disputes and then that it was delivered. IT WAS NOT! When I asked for tracking info and proof of where delivered I was told it was delivered to my mailbox. It would not have fit. Then I was told to check with family & neighbors. I had already, no one had it. No guarantee of your product and out $20+! Order placed 5/13/25 with communication through 6/23/25. I gave up after that. They do not reach out, you have to initiate the contact. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - SCAMMER!

If I could give a minus 10 rating, I would. my experience left me with no choice but to never order anything from a FB ad. I placed an order for an item and received a legitimate receipt. I contacted them 3 weeks later and asked when I would receive my item. The lies started with Trump's tarrifs, to your package is on its way to Milan then two states in the US. No estimated delivery dates. Wouldn't give me a refund, then 3 months later they updated my delivery date as the package being delivered a month prior. Tracking numbers made up. I wasted 3 months tracking down a package that never existed. Scam scan scam

I ordered an item. I contacted them after about a week to let me know when I should expect it. They sent me tracking info that originated in Italy. I was checking its progress periodically. It passed through customs and the package was gone from the tracking. I inquired again. This time, the company of origin was China. I checked on it periodically. Once again, after it passed customs, it disappeared. I email them and state the screwy tracking. They wouldn't allow me to get a refund until it arrive. ?? I email them again and they claim i received it. I received no such package. I called the post office and there was never an item on record that fit this description. I emailed growhabity again and they claimed that if I send it back on my dime, they would refund me half. I never received said package. They didn't have a phone number and all emails were auto-generated. Then they stopped returning my emails. Now I'm fighting the credit card company for getting charged for an item that I never received. A COMPLETE SCAM!!! DO NOT do business with them!!!

I ordered beauty product a month ago , I kept on tracking it for a month and when it said it reached my country it just said in transit in the country and it was never delivered to me, obviously it is a scam , don't trust them and they should be legally charged
