Packaging was awful but customer services were good so I’ve scored it 4.
Planted them up so just hope they all grow.

Delivery is paramount to me, as a disabled person and the item was brought to my apartment door (only Royal Mail does it), in perfect packaging. The little growing plants were in an excellent condition. You can see why delivery is relevant in my case, otherwise plants would die in the building hallway, before someone could get them for me.

Very healthy large plugs arrived the next day in good condition.

New supplier to me. Very impressed with their website, ordering process and delivery. Would definitely recommend this company and will definitely be ordering from them in the future. Plug plants were packed really well and arrived in good condition.

Brilliant service and very quick would ie again

This is the second time I have ordered from Growtanical, and I have to say I am very happy I trusted them to fulfill my order.

I am in the US and ordering for a dear friend in the UK. Lorna Gillard has been tremendously helpful and understanding of my particular situation as a shopper. My friend, a keen gardener, is always happy to receive the plants Growtanical sends her.

I highly recommend Growtanical. I wish we lived on the other side of the ocean so I could buy some plants from them myself. As an online shopper, I fully trust their inventory and their service, and will return to shop with them in the future.

Came with vine Weevil grub in one plug Sent phototherapy plug plants Express ltd.. Phoned, left message. Sent email no reply.. stay clear unless you want VINE WEEVILS.
I will also contact Amazon who are delivering also inform APHA

Arrived well packaged and on time , plants looked fairly healthy other than some yellowing of the lowered leaves.

Clematis we're si reasonable and very healthy on delivery. They are all potted on and doing a treat

I ordered some mini plugs and larger ones which arrived ok. I made a mistake on one order and tried online chat to change it before it had been processed but no response. I also asked couple of questions re plating out but again no response

The 400 plug plants we ordered arrived well packaged. They were super healthy and happy and hardened off ready to plant.

Growtanical went above and beyond for me and all my many questions relating an early pre-order and shipping to Jersey.

Healthy little plantlings arrived within 2 days of my order. Delivered in a well packaged parcel, they are doing great!

Healthy little plugs although the Lobelia had suffered a bit & many were loose in their box. Labelling hit & miss but there's a packing list which helps sort things out. Overall, all good
