Loved the choice, have tried new foods & all recipes have been really easy & delicious. Don't like spicy, so just left those bits out & was still very tasty.

Dislikes were that a few items have turned up past their best or packaging damaged/split within the bags.

Highly recommended!
The food is fantastic. Tasty, balanced and easy to prepare.
Ingredients are super fresh and well labelled. The recipes are easy to follow. Could not want for anything else!

I do really enjoy my Grubby meals, they are very tasty and does not take long to cook. They have a wide selection to choose from every week. I have recommended them to lot of people.

I was really enjoying my grubby meals, until guess what they messed up my meal delivery on the Christmas week without any communication. Now here I am on 23rd night without any food for Christmas and Boxing day.
Distressed, disappointed and very very stressed as I am also working tomorrow.

Simple to follow recipes, quality ingredients and conveniently delivered to the door. Great starter discounts offered too.

We are a vegan and omni household, I wont cook meat based meals and was struggling to get my teens to eat plant based, but they are enjoying the tasty options and trying their hand at cooking.

I love the convenience of not having to write a shopping list, go shopping, and constantly thinks of meal variations.

I have no complaints with the service.

Convenient food really quickly. Need more choices for vegan options as gets boring with same set of meals week to week

We migrated over to Grubby from another delivery box company. We liked the massive variety of meals that Grubby offered up, at a lower price point. We were a bit anxious that the quality wouldn’t be there but have been pleasantly surprised. All of the food had been of a high standard and the portions are just right. So far, 3 weeks in we have not had a problem with delivery or disliked any of the meals. In fact, some of them have been absolutely great (the poutine sticks in my mind). We had one minor issue with some mushrooms missing from one meal kit but were refunded straight away and given a credit. Overall really great, tasty food and no waste.

I’ve cancelled my subscription as the last few times there have been meals or menu cards missing, boxes open and crushed when delivered. I was compensated but it happened again so I’m sorry I’m giving it a break. The food was lovely and very easy to prepare. They definitely know about taste!

Fabulous value - although the meals are only for two, they usually are enough for 3.
Delicious and convenient.
Only gripe is that as someone trying to be vegan i was disappointed that one of the meals included marmite (produced by the animal torturers - Unilever) instead of vegemite.

Love the food from Grubby, always great recipes. On the downside had a few boxes with ingredients that aren’t too fresh but saying that they have always refunded me.

I love Grubby meals. I love the ethics, and almost without exception, the recipes have been easy to make and extremely tasty, and the portions are generous. There really is so much to love. The few times I've not enjoyed a meal so much, that's been just down to personal taste. There have been a couple of times where products have been missing, or not as fresh as they should be and one occasion when an item was well past its 'use by' date. However, each time, this has been sorted quickly and politely. Now, though, Grubby have switched in my local area to using a different delivery company (H!VED). Out of four deliveries, one didn't turn up at all (apparently (damaged 'in transit'), another only narrowly missed being left outside my front door rather than in the designated 'safe space' because I got home just in time to intervene, and now the latest delivery - due today - apparently won't arrive until tomorrow. I have little faith that it will turn up but hopefully I'm wrong.
It doesn't matter how delicious the food is, or how helpful customer services are, if the deliveries themselves are unreliable (and with a 50% failure rate they are definitely unreliable), then there is a serious problem.

They meet my needs so well. I am vegan, previously animal welfare and climate change enthusiast and activist. I resent time spent in the kitchen so Grubby sends me vegan, health conscious, climate friendly well balanced meals. I can't lose! They also use local produce as well and are constantly innovating with available appropriate information. They are generous, totally in love with their work and customer service is the best I have known. I am totally confident that I am eating health giving vitals, ethically and morally correct with none of the anxieties over animals and climate and so much time saved (and washing up and cleaning the kitchen), 7 minutes or so and I am done. Reliable, trustworthy, caring. These frozen ready to eat meals are truelly a God-Send for me and I thank all this wonderful team of people.

Misleading, hiding suggars from the website but when you receive the meals, you clearly see they have around 10grams of suggar...

Initially I believed them that it was "the website, not pulling the info" but seeing they still haven't changed it after I brought to their attention, I suspect this was misleading info not error.

I tried some of the meals. Not tasty at all...I can't believe they are selling this...but, maybe I'm used with other things, I understand taste might be different for people.

Portion are tiny, much smaller than any supermarket ready meal.

My order was damaged and cancelled by the delivery company. I contacted Grubby for support and received an automated apology a day later with the wrong information. I asked a follow up question, and it’s been days but had no response from them.

Beautiful tasty food and good portions. I have never missed having meat and this has helped me on my vegan journey
Shame the smallest portions are for 2 people. That should definitely be reviewed
