Good quality product and easy to setup

The fridge freezer itself is really good to look at and was up and running quickly. The WiFi control feature is good and the notification feature of the fridge being accidentally turned off was really good. The only negative was that the help section was not great and getting the warranty sorted out online was tedious because the label location was completely wrong in the app and help guide.

AWFUL

AWFUL. Fridge has been broken for several months, every time I email they divert or don't reply. Customer service agents like Nosipho. and Asiphesona keep asking for the same details to stall the matter. 6 months now and they refuse to send anyone out to check the fridge, they do not honour the warantee at all. Disgusting customer service

Our old freezer stopped working

Our old freezer stopped working, went to Curry’s ordered a new Grundig freezer, it was a bit more expensive but it was garage rated and D rated for electric. Plenty of space and nice layout. Very happy many thanks Stephen Hills

Don’t buy grundig or extended warranty

Omg I should have checked when purchasing my grundig dishwasher and the five year extended global warranty! Beko bought out Grundig in 2005 then Beko was bought by a Turkish company. I have moved overseas and my DW has an error and although under warranty Beko/Grundig gave no one to repair it! Disgraceful never buy Grundig - total rip off and unprofessional non service!!!

Replied to your email.

As suspected no confirmation of receipt and no acknowledgement from Grundig/Beko - not surprising really.

I am now left without a dishwasher and the prospect of an expensive repair or purchasing a brand new dishwasher.

Unacceptable!

Very helpful and proactive

Bought our washing, machine from Curry's had an issue, called Curry's not very helpful called Grundig and they couldn't have been more helpful. The customer service person (wish I could remember her name, and second being a man, can't remember his name either) said it wasn't an issue, he would arrange an exchange for me, which he did, new machine installed a few days later. Great service and super friendly and professional staff. The washing machine is now working a treat, absolutely no issues.

GRIUNDIG/BEKO LIE ABOUT GUARANTEES.

Washer Dryer has stopped heating the dryer air on a 2.5 year old machine.
Customer Service claim my 5 year guarantee is invalid as it's "Not on their system." (Despite having sent an engineer to repair the first fault 2 years ago, using the same guarantee.) And my 'Standard 3 Year Warranty' as detailed in my service booklet is not valid either. It's now a 2 year guarantee.
Grundig (Beko) changed the guarantee and failed to inform anyone who has the machine.
I will repair it myself, as I repaired their faulty, out of date dishwasher, and will never buy another Grundig or Beko product again.
I strongly suggest you do the same.

Atrocious customer service

Atrocious customer service. It's luck of the draw if you'll be connected to a noisy telephone centre where there may or may not be someone to reply and just be left hanging or someone with an indecipherable overseas accent. Engineer did not turn up on appointed date with no explanation why. Customer Service does not do what they say they will. Very bad experience all round. Product only lasted 6 months before becoming unusable. Won't buy Grundig ever again, but if you do don't use the guarantee; use an independent engineer.

Highest quality dishwasher

Highest quality dishwasher. Very very quiet and cleans the dishes spotlessly clean even on economy wash cycle. Sizes of the dishwasher were absolutely spot on so was a direct replacement for our old hotpoint

GRUNDIG WASHER

Only done 1 wash load, but seems good to go. If it lasts half as long as the Hotpoint it replaces, I'll be a happy man! At least 15 years!!!

Not really sure what's going on.
I contacted Grundig's support this morning having contacted them a couple of week's ago. I was initially told to turn the washing machine off at the socket, leave, and then turn on. My machine was making a lot of noise and sounded like the drum was rubbing. Roll forward to this morning and nothing has changed and contacted them again. Couldn't understand the lady I spoke to. She then told me she couldn't find my details (unusual as the previous person I spoke to could!). I explained everything to her and then she insisted I email the proof of my warranty as she couldn't find me on their system. She gave me the wrong email address and immediately then tried asking me to complete a review of her service. I then said the email had bounced back. She then gave me the correct email address to forward and then said someone would be in contact. I actually don't believe this is the case and I'm left feeling that I am being fobbed off given the machine will be out of warranty in about 1 months' time. Will update this review if I hear something more positive, but based upon this morning's experience, 1 star is 1 star too many.

My Grundig appliance was a good buy

Am happy with my Grundig Intergrated Fridge Freezer. Roomy fridge and freezer although drawers in freezer are a little less deep than my previous ones but still manageable. Easy to fit and so far working well and has a 5 year guarantee. Overall very pleased with my purchase.

Drying machine won't heat

Drying machine no heat at all. Phoned customer service they say it has 2 year warranty but we registered 5 years and have the registration number. Been fobbed off on the phone. It says 5 years twice on the machine this is MISSOLD AND MISREPRESENTATION. Going to currys then trading standards. You cannot have 5 years on a machine and deceive people.

False advertisement of guarantee!

We purchased a Grundig fridge freezer 2.5 years ago and for the last couple of months have had no end of troubles with the water dispenser. It constantly leaks flooding the over flow compartment leaking down the door front and onto the floor unless it is emptied every morning and eve and now the water trigger is working intermittently. Have contacted customer service to be told (once they got back to us) that we only have a 2 year guarantee despite the sticker that is still on the fridge stating we have a 3 year guarantee! They have had photographic evidence of this but there system says its only 2 years so will be £145 call out fee.

Product is great.

Product is great.
The registration was very misleading whereby after selecting model of fridge / freezer the serial was not accepted. The number on the label reads eg.
12-345567-89. Tried different numbers on label until put this number in without the hyphens.
