Product easy to use

Worst washing machine ive bought. Cycles are very long. Had the washing machine just coming upto two years and the spin cycle has stopped working. Had a grundig engineer come out to have a look and said nothing was wrong and that we were putting our washing on the wrong cycle. He told us what cycle to put the machine on so took the advice and still the spin cycle does not work.
Will not be buying a grundig machine in the future.

The delivery and installation done well. Regarding the product cannot say anything at the moment

The washing machine turn up as promised, was quick and easy to plumb in and was up and running within the hour

Well made dishwasher

We read the specifications and were quite pleased with them, an ideal replacement for our 10-11 year old one that decided it was time for the srap-yard!!

Recently bought a tumble dryer, washing machine and dishwasher. All 3 appliances are amazing! They are very quiet and have lots of different programmes.

Great service and very helpful we are pleased with our purchase.

Staff in shop very good, and delivery and installation went without a hitch.

Coping better than anticipated with absence of the lower milk rack. Actually like the larger salad box more than expected too.

Product looks good, guys from Currys arrived on time, very friendly and helpful did a great job installing it.

Let me start with this, I have a the tumble dryer for 3 months only, but so far I never experienced any issue with it! It is quiet, it is drying the clothes very well, it is calculating the humidity levels and changes the program lasting times, if it is still humid extends it and vice versa. So far brilliant product!

The fridge freezer is of great quality and is everything Curry’s said it was the delivery and installation and removal was also great and on time

The guy who came out to replace my plug was really helpful and polite 5stars

So far, this oven cooks evenly and not too fierce. Also, cleaned easily with the stream clean program.

Bought an integrated Fridge/Freezer from Currys. When the item arrived the installation team discovered that the brackets to connect the cabinet doors to the Fridge/Freezer doors were missing. They phoned Grundig to send the brackets to me and I received a package within 8 days.I then had to contact Currys to get the team back to complete the job. They arrived at 0800 on the 2nd January,opened the package to find that Grundig had only sent out 1 bracket. They contacted Grundig again to request another bracket. Waited 2 weeks and visited Currys as no parcel from Grundig.The store contacted Grundig and I was informed that the order had been cancelled as they didn't know what was required. Contacted Grundig to complain about this and the caller logged a complaint,telling me that I would receive a call from a manager within 24/48 hours. Still have not received a call back. Very disappointed in their Customer service.

Bought this from Curry’s and it was quite a decent price and looks good! Cooks really well and even. Heats up quickly and has quite a few settings.

ill never agin purchas a grundig machine from the start i was missing a digit from the screen even though it was brand new but due to a baby arriving and desperate for a washing machine i didnt care the digit missing aslong as the machine worked 8-9 months later my module broke and this has been a ongoing problem every couple of months which lead to being repairs 4 times during my 3 year warranty. taking 2-3 weeks for someone to come out to look and see whag parts needed to then order wrong parts then wait for the part to atrive to then see me again to actually repair the machine so taking over a month each time. everytime ive described my issue over the phone of the repair part that is broken but they still have to check themselves. my machine has now been out of warranty 6 months and as usual module broke £135 again for a 3 week appointment before ordering the part which is the same break everytime im fully put off grundig and will never ever recommend maybe im unlcuky but if this is a continous problem then i should of been placed with a nee machine spending over £500 on it also! disgusting completly
