Second time using Gullivers for Scotland trip to Rome.
Hotel location was great, chartered flight from Edinburgh was well worth the upgrade as was the match ticket, more or less on halfway line.
Special mention to Ally & Leia, Jet2 totally mucked up my boarding pass in Rome and Ally came to the rescue! Leia was extremely helpful at hotel for information and at airport.
Couple of negatives; On arrival at Rome i got held up, rushed to transfer coach to be told I was already ticked off with my party of 8, coach was just about to leave! I was on.my own! Luckily I wasn't any later and I would of been presumed to be on board the coach and been stranded! 2nd would be the single person supplement, you can book the hotel room without this if you go direct.
Overall loved my time again and would use Gullivers next time. Thanks again Ally & Leia (hope I've spelt names correctly!).

Had a 3 night stay in Rome for the rugby. The most stress free travel experience I’ve ever had. Excellent service, staff were lovely and very helpful and we even had a private charter flight with our own check in desk. Highly recommend and would travel with them again.

Great company, it's the second time i have used you, i needed a pass, but couldn't collect it on the Friday, as i was away early, so it was there when i got off my flight to Rome.
I can't fault all the Gullivers representatives, thay were excellent at the job, well done, i will be back.

Had a great trip organised by Gulliver's. The team were so helpful, no query was too much! Even before the event (6 nations) they organised a teams call for any last minute questions and general information about the city we were travelling to.

I was so impressed with their organisation, I have immediately booked another trip with them!

Very attentive and there was always somebody around to help. Generally it was that well organised that little need for help was required. From signing up to leaving everything went as clockwork. The Q&A on Friday night was a bonus.

This was my first away trip to a Six Nations venue and Gullivers made it easy from booking to arrival back in Edinburgh. Helpful, friendly staff, good communication and ease of use means we'll be looking to book with them again for next year!

Excellent customer support by telephone throughout the booking process. Very helpful with additional requests such as liaising with the hotel to extend stay beyond the original package. All backed up by a Teams video meeting in preparation for the trip, and on-site presence during the stay.

Everything about the trip was well organised & communicated. Friendly staff on site to guide & answer any questions we had. Transfers etc all ran very smoothly. Great fun at the Q&A session on Friday night with ex-players. In addition, the Jet2 flights were all very good, with great departure times, which added to the experience. Rome a great city to visit.

Well organised . Kept up to date all through the booking and up to and during the trip . Hotels were well placed in Rome with all sights in easy reach . Can’t fault the trip . Had a great time and would definitely use this company again

Well organised lots of staff who where very helpful and polite

Our hotel was only just ok. Nothing to write home about and luke warm/cold showers depending on the time of day. It was nice to be looked after from our arrival at the airport and our reps were lovely, friendly people but actually, if we were to go again I wouldn't rush back to Gulliver's.

Totally competent all the way from booking to returning home, with many many staff always on hand.
