Everything was very well organised. Pre travel questions were answered quickly. Staff in office and on the trip were pleasant , friendly and very helpful.
Would not hesitate to book with Gullivers again or recommend them to anyone.

Great updates on build up to the match. Hotel location was great and fabulous accommodation. Fantastic seats.

Helpful telephone conversations.

The fact that there was someone there in arrival and throughout the weekend just in case we had any issues.
Andy was really helpful and was able to tell us where local things were and what to expect at the Allianz because we hadn't been before.
I felt really reassured knowing we could ring at anytime for anything although we didn't need to. Would recommend highly and do this again 👏

Gullivers Sports Travel provided a friendly ,efficient and enjoyable all round experience. Our trip to Rome for a six nations rugby game was very much a trip to remember. Would highly recommend Gullivers Sports Travel to anyone.

Didn't like there being no Gulliver's personnel on duty at all so no questions could be discussed. The hotel was good. Especially the breakfast.
The instructions for getting to the match were not the best. We decided if we were going to walk to the station we might as well just walk to the high street and get the bus rather than the advice to get a train then the bus.

From arriving at the airport at Edinburgh on Thursday 5 February to returning home from Rome on Sunday 8 February there were representatives of Gullivers with us every step of the way. I should add there was a video call on Friday 30 January with a member of staff from Gullivers who took us through the forthcoming trip and invited questions from the client base. This was very useful. They were at the airport in Rome to direct us to the relevant bus whilst also holding fort in the hotel should any client have questions or issues to resolve. The representatives were enthusiastic, knowledgeable, helpful and customer focused. This was our first experience of going on a trip with Gullivers but it will not be our last. It is just a pity that the enthusiasm of the Gullivers staff was not demonstrated by the Scottish rugby team who were completely inept!!

Although the price was high the hotel was great and the ticket good.

Perfectly organised, took all the stress out of travelling.

From booking the trip, airport experience, hotel, going to the rugby match and return it was first class. Hats off to the Gullivers travel team, a special mention for Mark who was our rep at the hotel. Excellent support!!! The club house on Friday night was really well worth the money... Well done guys!

All was good only one niggle the loft restaurant was fairly quiet and the waiting staff were going from table to table asking is this your food tables were numbered.
This was basically a Weathespoons pub ok

Gullivers Sports Travel, were excellent, booking was easy, communication was great. The trip from start to finish was brilliant. Check in at airport was quick and easy, flight was brilliant, staff at airport directing to tranfers were happy and helpful, tranfer was excellent, hotel checking quick and easy, hotel was fantastic. I will definately use Gullivers again and would highly recommend.

Brilliantly organised, a wonderful guide in Andy Jones and great seats for the Tests. I would have to say that the Hyatt Sydney was a disappointment - never five stars.

Our first time to travel with this great travel company it certainly won’t be our last.
