I got a short shelf life item with a half price discount, which I didnt expect at all. I called them and explained I want to exchange it to a longer shelf life one instead of discount. I gave all my information including order number and my contact, but none of staff has reached out to me. I havent opened the bag and now it's almost expired. I work day time only so cant really call to the team again, so did I via e-mail but still havent heard anything.

It's very simple and I've said it before: Why on earth do I have to show my email for Click & Collect?
I have my Driver's License with a Photograph which proves who I am. I have the Card I used to pay for the order but, Nope .... that's not good enough. I have to have the email.
It makes me wonder how many 75 year olds are going to fake a drivers license to get a $50 box of dog biscuits????

Bought a 100x bulk pack of pig ears and thought I was giving my dog a healthy alternative for treats. After giving him 1 a day for the last 3 weeks I noticed something wriggling around inside one of the ears. It was a maggot. Searching through the remainder of the box I've found 100s of them scattered through out. YUCK!! I've since done my best to clean every single ear and repacked them and tossed away the really bad ones. I will not be buying anymore pig ears from this supplier what a terrible experience.
