Hi Jo,
We have no record of an order from yourself, nor do we supply Kristina Young products within our stores. You have not placed an order with us previously, thus you are in touch with the incorrect wig supplier.
Helpful, thorough advice
Very helpful advice regarding colour matching when switching wig brands. Video links were great.
Thank you.

Never received the order.
Never received the order. I've been waiting since March 14 and your website say order was completed! Please do not say the order was completed without a confirmation that it was delivered from UPS. Someone from UPS is having fun with my wig and I don't appreciate it. And then please help me find my order!
