Good communication, fast data processing and sending the offers from suppliers. Very wide range of supplier companies. Of course the quality of next communication and quality of production depend on each supplier, but most of them are solid and quick.

Setting up RFQs on the platform is extremely straightforward, and Haizol's is pro-active at reaching to help you out with anything;
In about 24-hours (two parts, one more complex), I had already received >10 quotes for each part - for both initial prototype/sample and various production volume tiers - and started direct contacts with some of the most promising manufacturers for ironing out the details. Overall, the RFQ process was simpler than most of the Europe-based manufacturers I attempted contact with.

Additionally, I've had the chance to be invited to attend Haizol's Sourcing Fair in Shanghai; on top of having chances of putting faces behind the website, I was able to visit 7 factories and start building in-person relations with 2 of them whom were specialising in parts very similar to my needs, and discussed with way more in the matchmaking event.
Being able to see, first hand, the wild number of manufacturers in China, and thus the high-competitiveness market, bringing many of them to compete on part quality (was able to inspect many parts with various finishes in person), was very revealing!

We joined a manufacturer sourcing tour in China, and the whole experience was excellent. Everything was very well organized, which made it easy to navigate even though we were on the other side of the world. The team helped us with flights, transfers, and logistics, so we could focus on meeting suppliers instead of worrying about travel details.

Communication was always smooth—they responded quickly, were easy to reach, and were happy to help whenever we had questions. Overall, it was a professional and well-managed experience, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to source manufacturers in China.

Good Hospitality. Immediate help wheever i want to know something about RFQs etc. Descriptive icons on the dashboard. Sourcing Fair videos showing testimonies from different company CEOs. Getting different types of quotes frm suppliers. This is excellent.

The Haizol platform offers a really lean interface to submit RFQs for custom designed parts to many suppliers on one shot. So very very efficient for buyers. I am highly satisfied by the service, the interface, all the possible customization possible to the RFQs, the "easy upload" of 2D/ 3D data, and the way each offer is presented and can be compared or exported as xls data. So if you need to source parts in China, Haizol offers you a really efficient way to get >10 competitive quotes in only 24 ~ 48 hours, even for prototypes or low quantities. For your information, my judgement is based on 15+ RFQs and POs raised over the past 12 months.

Haizol has the best team. They are excellent, efficient and reliable. They are highly recommended and arguably the best in this business.

First of all, I did not believe the call when Jasmine Sabanal called me that soon there would be a trade fair fully funded in November 2025, all I needed was an air ticket from my country Uganda to Shanghai- China for the 5days.
When I started the process of getting a visa, I slowly started believing her, given the kind of care and assistance she kept giving me. HOWEVER, WHAT DISAPPOINTED ME WAS I MISSED SEEING HER DURING THE TRADE FAIR due to some issues back at her home country.

All correspondence from staff at Haizol is always professional and polite. All email enquiries about my quotations are accurate and to the point. There is no unnecessary communication that does not relate to the topics or quotations that are being processed or looked at by me.
Haizol company should be very pleased with the quality of work that their staff do. Also the supplier's quotes are always very broad ranging so more expensive higher quality quotes mixed with competitive lower priced quotes. This gives me plenty of options to think about and choices to make when it comes to deciding on which quote to accept.
Also it is reasonably easy to communicate my needs with the supplier's to achieve the best results for what I need.

Haizol is an interesting platform that efficiently connects companies looking to do business quickly. I received fast quotations within just a few days, which was very convenient. Unfortunately, I couldn't proceed with the purchase due to exchange rates and import taxes, which made the final cost higher than locally sold products. However, I will definitely use Haizol again for future quotations.

For more than a year i have send numerous requests to Haizol and every of them was very fast processed so i started receiving offers in 2-3 days.

I have been trying to contact them by email and phone for more than 2 weeks and they do not answer me.

Haizol is a great way to find the best shops with the best prices with minimal risk.
The website is easy to use and with the help of your knowledgeable Account Manager, the sky is the limit.

My account manager has been a wonderful help. The companies I've had make my parts have done a good job, and when there was a problem they promptly made it right. My biggest issue has been with the Haizol portal. Not being able to split an RFQ with multiple parts between multiple vendors is my biggest complaint. The portal can also be difficult to navigate at times, but it's not horrible.
