Great platform to outsource parts you can't make yourself. Customer support also kind and helpful.
Will definitely quote future parts here as well as my usual manufacturers.

First I would like to say that you have very qualified suppliers on your platform. Although 100% of your suppliers are not excellent, I have encounter some issues that required me to contact the account manager who quickly solved my problem. If I had to pick the number one thing about the Haizol platform it's the customer support that I get to ensure that I don't lose money if a supplier gives me bad parts or doesn't deliver parts at all. This gives me peace of mind when I send money to a supplier on the Haizol platform. I am always solicited by companies from China requesting to do business with me and the first question that I ask is "Are you on the Haizol Platform?" I then go on to explain why I will only deal with people on the Haizol platform because I feel a sense of security that I am not being scammed out of my money. I have been on this platform for over a year and I can honestly say that my experience has been great. Looking forward to continuing this relationship. Shiela Ochia is an excellent Account Manager who has never let me down with any issue that I had. She responds to my email immediately and if she weren't there to explain things about the platform in the beginning, I would probably not be using the platform today.

Haizol is the best platform i have seen and worked with. It provides a quick way to get quotes (very affordable prices) for you parts from different factories where you then choose the best match. It also helps to resolve questions with manufacturers if they happen to arise. The quality of the made parts is very high (the quality i have seen in Europe companies is far lower than what Haizol manufacturers provide). I definitely recommend this platform for amateurs and professionals.

The site is very easy to navigate. My account manager has been very easy to talk to and is very helpful. The companies that quoted my project are extremely nice and very patient. I love the fact that I can see pictures of their facilities. The pop-up chat window is easy to use and the person on the other side is very knowledgeable.

So much usefull to meet suppliers and compare prizes and capabilities.

I just wanted to leave a 5 star review for Jeralyn delos Reyes, Account Manager, for her amazing help throughout the process. She has helped me release two RFQs so far, and both Jeralyn and the platform have been great.

I was able to get more than 15 quotes for a part I needed manufactured, and was able to contact the manufacturers directly through Haizol's platform to gain additional information about the manufacturing process, alternatives, etc.

I have not finalized any contract of gone ahead with any manufacturing yet, so I cannot speak to that, but I know I will be using Haizol whenever I decide to move forward with the production.

The platform is great when there a multiple offers and you get to choose which vendor you would like to work with.

I am really impressed with the level of customer service from William. He is very efficient and quick at returning the quotations. If William worked for me I'd be considering a promotion to have him train new/existing account managers.

Haizol has been a great resource for us to find international machining suppliers for our custom parts. The website is straightforward and provides the tools you need to bid out work, and to communicate with the bidder you choose throughout the manufacturing process. I would recommend you try Haizol for your part manufacturing requirements.

My scope for this comment is my excellent experience with my Account Manager, Cris Catiwalaan, since she took this position. My business profile as a sole proprietor is likely some distance from your target Buyer. Cris quickly navigated this distance and has become an invaluable part of my little business. Even more so now as the business is finally starting to grow.
Cris has been both patient and persistent, attentive to communication during and between RFQ active lives. She has been very helpful in helping me deal with different business practices, beyond just languages, clock times, and calendars.

I have used this service a few times, most recently with the assistance of Glenda who represents the best of customer service. One recommendation I have is for vendors to try to estimate and post shipping costs which can change the total cost quite a bit.
