I ordered diced chicken fillets and received pasta chicken instead which is like mince. Other then that everything is pretty good well packaged and top quality.

The birds are smelling... I am not sure in your supply chain process if they are rotten as it's difficult to tender taking hours and smelling

The Delivery man made me carry the 8-10kgs box to my apartment, 300 yards + one floor up away. I have a frail back… The box, unlike a toddler, cannot snuggle up to one’s body… Bad. Really cheeky, poor Service.
