At the end of the order, Hallunaco asked for a review of why I'm ordering the Halo Mask V2. As I've aged, the dryness I've experienced was attributed to the Lasik surgery I had years ago. I had cataract surgery last year. I've tried all kinds of eye drops, the Bruder Dry Eye Mask, just plain warm compresses as hot as I could stand (which wasn't working on older thin skin), gel products at night which just goop the eyes, and, most recently, Lipiflow. I have been told by ophthalmologists and optometrists that dry eyes are hard to treat and that most treatments aren't covered by insurance. So I am ordering the Halo Mask V2 from Hallunaco in the hopes that I will get some relief. From my research on meibomian glands, the red light theory behind this seems sound. I am looking forward to the simplicity this offers which I know will help me to consistently use this product. I am very hopeful and looking forward to trying it.

My retina surgeon vetoed the use of this so I requested a refund. It was finally authorized but the return was required to be shipped to CYPRESS, the country, for almost $100!
If you want a refund after the 90 days, you have to submit a pic of yourself wearing the mask 10 times within the 90 days and then send it back to Cypress.
Their ad states it might take a week or two to receive their product due to demand but it's actually because of where it's being shipped from.
Also, they make you submit comments before you even receive the product to skew the satisfaction results.

It appears a genuine product or device more like to eradicate the dry eye syndrome with out the necessary need to visit appointments to clear the eyes up, or put drops in but to maintain at your own leisure a simple twice a day cleansing of the eyes and get your freedom back and enjoyment of life's pleasures. So with that seeing will be believing in this device to assist all who will not suffer the suffering they have had in the past. Hallehuah. Bruce Williams

I have been struggling with dry eyes for quite a few years. I have glaucoma and have been on several different medical drops. Then I had cataract surgery and the pain is worst. My doctor has given me several different medications but so far nothing has helped. Hopefully this product will help.

I have suffered dry eyes for a number of years, been prescribed drops by eye specialists, bought drops, used heat pads and all have brought relief for a short time.
Now I am constantly rubbing my eyes which make them sore & most eye drops burn so I am willing to try this treatment as I don’t think they can be helped any other way

Quick and easy service with good communication and information on the Web site. After battling dry eye for several years and using everything (drops, heated masks etc) I am hoping that this red light mask will hopefully give me some relief and provide a solution to stop eye drops and painful eyes!

After years of trying everything to alleviate my dry eyes I decided to give Halluna a go. It seems legit enough and I am keen to see if it makes a difference.

In 2020 I had lymphoma behind my left eye. The radiation treatment damaged my eyes to the point of constant burning, watering, blurry vision and pain. I have tried all available treatments from surgery, low level light therapy with an eye doctor that cost thousands of dollars to every eye drop, gels, eyelid wipes. I’m 85, still active but my eyes keep me from doing many things. I’m looking forward to having this product really help me.

5 stars actually is to rate my excitement as I just ordered. I will review again after I test it out. Years of limiting what I could do because my eyes were so sore and this is my new HOPE!

I am excited to try this therapy as I have tried everything else! Drops, wipes, Restasis, still suffering. The heated mask at night has helped the most so I am praying that this is one better that that and will relieve, at least mostly, my symptoms.

I had shingles in one eye for 25 years.This created open- angle glaucoma in my eyes. Now I have severe dry eyes damaging my optic nerve. So I'm hoping this mask will me better then moisturizing drops.

I have just ordered this product. I hope this will allow me to start enjoying life again. I retired in 2024 and was diagnosed with glaucoma shortly before. Drops have caused severe dry eye and pain. My hope is that this device will keep the dry eye under control. I have so many things I want to do now! I have retirement plans!!!

After multiple proposed solutions, drops, gels, heat, steam, scleral lens, it was time to try something different. 630nm light might do the trick. Hope this works.

Sent an eye wrinkle remover mask. Company refuses to refund money. Paypal sided with them as they say the product is close enough to what I ordered! Company wants me to pay return shipping to Cyprus, yes the country. Though they are located in the US and shipped the product from a drop shipper in China.

Just ordered the Halluna light device, hopefully giving me a longer lasting relief from the dry eye syndrome then with the eye drops, gels

Ok so it's premature to rate my experience as I only just placed an order for this product. But after reading about what it claims it can do i am so relieved and hopeful! Ive tried eye drops for weeks, hot and cold eye pad compressors for weeks, and still have watering, burning, redness, blurred vision, and a gritty sensation since shortly after performing a LASIK procedure. I find it expensive, but if it works, I thank you for this product!!!!! STAY TUNED for my follow up review after I've received and actually used the product, within the promised 3 to 4 weeks of use for optimal results. I remain hopeful. Standby!

Easy enough to order. Never like the add on discounts, seems unserious.
Dry eyes suck. Have been through almost all the therapies. Always hoping the next one will bring more daily comfort. Time will tell or money back guarantee.
