I bought a Halo Knight electric bike 6 months ago. Unfortunately, this bike has proven to be not only disappointing but also dangerous, and I strongly advise against purchasing it.

I quickly noticed that the brake pads, clearly designed for scooters, are completely unsuitable for an electric bike. They wear out extremely fast, making braking unreliable.

Worse still, the battery suffered a sudden electrical failure in the middle of the night while I was riding, instantly cutting off the lights. I narrowly avoided a serious accident due to this sudden failure. Upon inspection, I found that the bike’s and battery’s connectors had burned.

I contacted customer service, but their response was absurd: either I repair it myself, or I pay €150 in shipping fees for a new battery, with no guarantee of a fix.

Ich habe meinen Scooter am 21.06.2025 bestellt – heute ist der 29.07.2025 und ich habe mein Produkt immer noch nicht erhalten. Laut einer kurzen Rückmeldung vor Wochen soll es angeblich Probleme mit dem Zoll geben, aber seitdem herrscht absolute Funkstille.
Ich habe mehrmals per E-Mail Kontakt aufgenommen, aber bekomme keine Antwort mehr. Keine Updates, keine Lösung, keine Entschuldigung – einfach gar nichts.

So ein schlechter Kundenservice ist absolut nicht akzeptabel, vor allem bei einem Produkt dieser Preisklasse.
Wenn man als Kunde über einen Monat auf eine Lieferung wartet und keinerlei Kommunikation vom Unternehmen erhält, dann ist das für mich ein absolutes No-Go.

Ich kann von Halo Night Scooter und ZAR nur abraten, wenn man Wert auf Zuverlässigkeit und Kundenservice legt. Bin gespannt, ob ich mein Produkt überhaupt jemals bekomme…

I can recommend haloknighs scooters as i have a T107 Pro. And its very fast and powerful. I do have some issues though with the rear caliper, after some time one of the mounting bracket bolts came out and i had to buy some screws to fix it myself. So i would reccomend any buyers to unscrew and put loctite on crucial bolts like the motor nuts, caliper bolts, and other bolts that need to NOT fall out.

I did also crash on it and it bent both brake rotors, and caused the front motor to get loose, so its not the best quality out there but for the price its amazing, aslong as you dont crash on their scooters then it should hold up pretty well.

I have gotten 4 punctures so far at 3500km, might just be bad luck or something, but i do reccomend buying exstra innertubes for the scooter as they will come in handy, speaking of replacing the innertubes - DO NOT loctite the screws holding the rim toghether, i did this and now the screws are stripped since they are so tight, thats my own fault though so i dont blame haloknight.

Conclusion:
If you want something cheap, fast, decent quality and powerful - go with haloknights T107 Pro
