Thank you for leaving your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your experience, and we would like to clarify a number of important points for accuracy.

Your order was delivered successfully, and it included both the item purchased and the complimentary free-gift you selected at checkout. At no point did we receive an email, message, or return request from you. All customers are able to start a return instantly through our online returns portal by entering their order number and email address, and our team is on hand to assist if needed.

Instead of contacting us or initiating a return, a PayPal dispute was opened immediately. This meant we had no prior opportunity to resolve your concerns directly, assess the item, or arrange a return in the usual way.

It is also important to clarify that PayPal has not issued you a refund, contrary to what has been stated. The case remains open and under review (until the 10th of December) and PayPal is currently assessing the evidence we have provided showing that no attempt was made to contact us or start a return through the correct channel.

We take product authenticity seriously and work only with verified, long-standing suppliers, supported by the required compliance documentation. Had the returns process been followed correctly, we would have been able to investigate your concerns promptly and professionally.

Dear Dave,

We note your updated review. As previously stated, your parcel was dispatched to the address provided at checkout — which did not include a door or flat number — and was marked as delivered by Evri with photographic proof.

We have raised an investigation with Evri, but their records confirm successful delivery to the location associated with your address. While we understand your frustration, the repeated use of terms such as “scam” is inaccurate and unfair, given that the delivery issue appears to stem from a door number purposefully not being provided at checkout. The reviews you have left for evri, yodel and other companies clearly shows a pattern of behaviour

We have fulfilled our obligations and consider the matter closed pending Evri’s final confirmation.

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear you’ve not received your order. We’d like to clarify that the tracking number H06R4A0005669757 is an Evri tracking reference — Evri is an independent third-party courier, not a service operated by Halo’s London. According to their tracking data, the parcel was scanned as delivered on 4th October.

As soon as you reported the issue, our team raised a claim with Evri (48 hours ago) to investigate the delivery further. While we await their official response, it would be helpful if you could complete a declaration of non-receipt form, as this is required by Evri to move the investigation forward.

We understand how frustrating delivery disputes can be, and we’re doing everything possible to resolve this through the correct channels. However, it’s important to note that delivery confirmation is determined by Evri, not Halo’s London, and we rely on their data when investigating such claims.

We’re sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction, though we must clarify that your order (#14957) was successfully delivered on 16th September, as confirmed by Evri’s tracking system and photographic proof of delivery. Tracking number H03TJA0183069510

Our customer service team communicated with you throughout this process and provided all available tracking details. You also opened a PayPal dispute, which was independently reviewed and decided in our favour after PayPal confirmed the item had been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

We appreciate that delivery disputes can be frustrating, but once an item is confirmed as delivered by a tracked courier service, our ability to intervene further is limited. We take all claims seriously, but in this instance, the evidence shows that the parcel was received correctly.

We value transparency and fairness for all our customers, and while we regret that you chose to leave a negative review, the facts clearly show that your order was fulfilled as promised.
