Great customer service! Great shoes! Cant wait to order my next pair!

Shoes are what they claim: mine fitted perfectly and look fantastic. But you pay for what you get.

ShoeDyedirect was recommended by a friend and didn't disappoint. They were super helpful, responsive and kept in touch throughout the process. My Coach bag was very scuffed but was tricky to redye because the edging was a number of different colours that didn't need touching. It has come back looking brand new, I honestly could not be happier and will use ShoeDyedirect again.

Lovely looking pair of shoes, I haven’t had chance to wear them yet , only tried them on and seem nice and comfy.
One disappointment was the initials on the shoes.
I say shoes, it was only on one of the pair and I had to really look to find it.
That apart , I’m sure I will get lots of enjoyment from them.

Always wanted a pair of purple shoes but found it hard to find one meeting with the shoe guy and as if by magic all my wishes were met

Owing to the pandemic our visit was much delayed but in the interim a gift of shoes for my husband was joined by a gift of boots for me.
We opted for Shoes & Snooze and had an altogether wonderful time being fitted for our shoes and boots by Simon & site seeing in Durham.
Our shoes have arrived, beautiful & beautifully packaged.
Not only would I recommend but I'm planning on at least one more pair for each of us

From consultation on 26 May 2021 (order placed the same day) until arrival this morning, 29 June 2021, I've been on tenterhooks (even though it’s less than 5 weeks) waiting for my new Mr Duke shoes.

I’m not sure that updates from HDSCo, keeping me informed about what was happening during the waiting period, helped or whether these emails heightened my excitement. Whichever it was, maintaining contact reflects the great service provided.

My shoes are fabulous.

The colours are exactly what I expected from the online design.

OK so it’s only been an hour and a half since they first slipped onto my feet, but the fit is (proverbially) glove like!
