I ordered a moonlight meow bag over a week ago. You took my money but no bag. What is going on??

The bag I purchased was the Miniature Schnauzer bag. It is so cute and made well. It has a phone pouch and a sleeve for my glasses. It also has a zipper at the top of the bag. Very cute!! I get lots of compliments. The bag is a nice thick canvas.

I sent for two bags, one for myself and one for a friend for Christmas. I was so disappointed when they came. They are not padded as shown but printed in 2d. I thought I was getting something special but they were not the type shown on the website. Keep your money because they are nothing like the bags which are shown. I did complain but nothing was done. If I could have returned them and had my money back I would have.

I had previously ordered a tote from handmadeukbag.com and it was so lovely and the service was great from beginning to the end that I just recently ordered 3 more totes from them. These totes were delivered quickly and all three are just lovely and will be ordering a couple more to give as Christmas gifts.
They have so many styles and two sizes that it will be hard to decide which ones to order!!!!

I ordered one handbag on 4/7/26 got a confer and never herd again and now can open the site at all...Dont buy from them scam!!!

J’aime beaucoup mes sacs ! Merci pour le service et la qualité. Je recommande ces sacs il sont beaux et de bonne qualité.

I ordered 5 handmade, Quilted tote bags 17"x16" from an ad from handmadeukbag.com. What I got looked NOTHING like the bags I ordered. They were cheap, screen prin ted to look like quilting with webbing straps for handels. When I contacted them for a return/ refund they wanted to give me an 18% refund on the $91.00 I paid, or make me pay to return the bags to CHINA. Tis clearly a bail and switch scam. Beware!!!

The company name and ad said “Handmade in UK”. That’s not true. They shipped from China. The quality of the bag isn’t terrible but it’s a stamped on print and the print color is awful. The website shows older women hand making bags and I don’t believe that to be true either. This is all machine produced. This company is obviously a scam.

I got my purr cat bag on Wednesday. It made my day! I gifted my sister with the same purr cat bag for her bday
and she loves it! She uses it for her knitting. We both are owned by cats so we think the bags are adorable! They are well made and very cute. We are pleased by this company. They make a fine and practical product! Thank you Handmadeukbag.com! Sincerely, Marcia
