All at Hanrattys went above and beyond to obtain the specific ring I wanted to purchase and with very little notice. They were then more than accommodating when I needed it resized,and they kept me informed on the rings progress throughout. Fantastic service and customer care, for an awkward customer like me. Over a week after paying for and placing my order and nine days before Christmas, they've sent me an email saying 'at my request, they have cancelled my order'
Edited after following up with email- order was cancelled due to a high number of recent breakages in transit.

Brilliant personal service
Ordered a bracelet to replace one I received for 50th birthday present and accidentally broke. After a delay due to shortage of stock the owner very kindly sourced the same bracelet for me and sent it by courier. Excellent service and brilliant business.
