This was my third vacation in Porto…

This was my third vacation in Porto Letizia this year and, like every year, I booked the top-of-the-range apartment T10 in the main building/palazzo. This year, however, my stay was more than disappointing in every respect! 6 days of beautiful, very warm weather. No air conditioning. 8 days of very bad, cold weather. No heating. According to Happy Rentals, I was supposed to dry my towels on the balcony. All this for €300 a night and self-catering. This year it was even louder than in previous years, both outside and inside the hotel. Guests on the lower two floors have smaller apartments and sofa beds. In the morning and evening, these are set up and dismantled and moved across the tiled floor. Horrible. None of the housekeeping staff pays any attention to these disturbances.
To top it all off, the owner of the apartment in the separate two-room wing, separated only by a thin sliding door, was also on site. I could listen in on every one of his phone calls, and I was also there during his various bathroom visits. Happy Rentals dismissed everything and didn't address any of the problems or offer a solution. A real shame!

Ich bin dieses Jahr zum dritten zum Urlaub in Porto Letizia gewesen und habe wie jedes Jahr das Top-Appartement T10 im Haupthaus / Palazzo gebucht. Dieses Jahr war der Aufenthalt allerdings in jeder Beziehung mehr als Bescheiden! 6 Tage schönes Wetter sehr warm. Keine Klimaanlage an. 8 Tage sehr schlechtes Wetter und kalt. Keine Heizung an. Die Handtücher sollte ich lt. Happy Rentals auf dem Balkon trocknen. Das alles bei 300 Euro die Nacht und Selbstverpflegung. Dieses Jahr war es noch lauter als die Jahre vorher. Vor dem Hotel als auch im Hotel. Die Gäste auf den unteren zwei Etagen haben kleinere Appartements und Schlafcouches. Morgens und abends werden diese auf,- oder abgebaut und über den Fliesenboden gerückt. Horror. Es achtet auch keiner des Hauspersonals auf diese Beeinträchtigungen.
Um dem Ganzen die Krönung aufzusetzen, war dann auch noch der Eigentümer des Appartements im abgetrennten Zwei-Zimmer-Trakt vor Ort, der nur durch eine dünne Schiebetür abgetrennt ist. Ich konnte jedes seiner Telefonate mithören und bei den verschiedenen Badezimmeraufenthalten war ich auch sozusagen dabei. Happy Rentals hat alles abgewunken und ist auf keines der Probleme eingegangen oder hat eine Lösung angeboten. Sehr schade!

Please note that the property and its facilities — including the absence of air conditioning and central heating (your stay was in September)— have remained the same throughout your previous stays. We understand that weather conditions can vary from year to year, and we regret that this impacted your comfort during this visit.

Regarding the noise levels and the neighboring unit, Porto Letizia is a holiday residence with multiple privately owned apartments. We do our best to encourage respectful behavior from all, though some sounds are unfortunately beyond our direct control.

We appreciate your continued trust over the years and hope that, despite these issues, you still enjoyed your time in the area.

Tolle Lage - mangelhafte Sauberkeit

Eigentlich ein tolles Apartment, wenn es denn sauber wäre.

Tolle Lage, herrlicher Blick, genügend gross für 2 Personen, bequemes Bett, eigener Parkplatz.

Jedoch überhaupt nicht sauber! Diverses Geschirr war dreckig. Dreckige Lüftung, dreckige Klimaanlage, Staub in allen Ecken, verschimmelte Silikonfugen in der Dusche, Spinnweben mit toten Insekten... Nach Reklamation wurde nachgereinigt, jedoch nur das Allernötigste.

Die Küche ist nicht ausreichend ausgestattet. Es gibt keinen Ofen und es fehlt Diverses: keine Rüstmesser, kein Schwingbesen, kein Gummischaber, kein Massbecher, kein Salz/Pfeffer...

Das Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank ist kaputt, es lässt sich nicht mehr schliessen und kühlt somit auch nicht mehr richtig.

Gemäss Notiz in der Unterkunft wird das warme Wasser ab 22.00 Uhr auf "standby" gestellt, angeblich der Umwelt zu liebe. Faktisch hat dies zur Folge, dass das Wasser nach 22 Uhr an Temperatur verliert.

Ich hätte diese Unterkunft gerne weiterempfohlen, aber sicher nicht unter diesen Bedingungen insbesondere dieser "Sauberkeit".

TOP!

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar – perfekte Lage, sehr sauber, und der Eigentümer ist rund um die Uhr über WhatsApp erreichbar.

Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig, und der Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore ist traumhaft. Der Spielplatz ist nur zwei Minuten entfernt, und das Stadtzentrum erreicht man in wenigen Gehminuten bei einem schönen Spaziergang entlang der Seepromenade.

Ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Die Einfahrt ist jedoch, mit grossem Fahrzeug, sehr eng.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Locatia este foarte buna

Locatia este foarte buna, apartamentul foarte frumos, spatios, curat.
Insa canapeaua nu este confortabila si masina pt cafea nu functioneaza. Am cumparat mai multe tipuri de capsule pt cafetiera, insa e defect aparatul.
Un alt punct minus ar fi ca nu trece nimeni sa curete si sa schimbe prosoapele, deci e ca acasa- autogospodarire.

Great place to stay in Lugano

My wife and I stayed 3 days at Valentine Home Lugano in October. The place was very well located, easy walking distance to the city. The unit was very clean, confortable and fonctional. We highly recommand this unit for a stay in Lugano.

Kleines, feines, modernes Appartement

Kleines, feines, sauberes, modern ausgestattetes und hundefreundliches Appartement. In 5 Minuten ist man am Hafen und kann stundenlang am Meer entlang flanieren. Idealer Standort, um Krk und das Festland zu erkunden. Besonders toll: Die große Terrasse mit sehr gemütlichen Sitzmöbeln, auf der im Oktober am Nachmittag die Sonne scheint!

We stayed at the apartment Matisse in…

We stayed at the apartment Matisse in Antibe. The apartment was clean and well located. The only suggestion I have is to consider putting a complete roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and perhaps some spares too would be helpful. The kitchen while well equipped lack dish cloths if you need to dry the dishes. Also just some basics like salt and pepper, tea and coffee satchets would be really appreciated.

Vacanza lido di Camaiore

Siamo stati a Lido di Camaiore nell'appartamento Allegra. Appartamento moderno, luminoso, pulito, elettrodomestici nuovi e ben funzionanti, le istruzioni per check-in e check-out sono state chiare.
Se proprio devo trovare il pelo nell'uovo, mi sarebbe piaciuto avere a disposizione un tagliere per la preparazione dei pasti, ma ci siamo arrangiati con un piatto grande.

We, our wife and I booked this for 4 days from 24-29 August.
The Viuv was stunning over Largo Majjoire that was nice, but the appartment was very Bad, it was ment for 4 persons, but there was only bed linning and Towels for two persons! Sunbeds on the balcony, Only one was ok rest, including one in serviceroom was defective. The Big table on the balcony could not be used because it was so unstabile that you could not eat with it. In the bathroom there was no places for our things because a steelreel was so unstabile because a missing Support.
Kitchenlocker to the ref was unable to lock.
All in all a disapointing experience and much to expencive.
Never book with Happy Rental, you will end up unhappy!!

To make it totally clear for you. The appartment was Long under standard and much to expencive.

We regret to hear that you did not raise your concerns during your stay. Our team is always available to assist, and if we had been informed, we could have immediately assisted you.
We reached out to you several times before your arrival, yet only after our check-out message did you respond and at that point raising complaints about the apartment and requesting a refund for leaving one day early, that we did not know obviously.
This we already replied to you by email and you answered back: “as a compensation I asked your Company to Return 150EU, I have heared nothing from you.
So now I Will Write our statement and complains on Trustpilot and Google.”

We strive to provide every guest with a pleasant stay and always encourage immediate communication so that any issues can be resolved on the spot. Regarding your comment, we recognize that requests for refunds in exchange for positive reviews have unfortunately become more common. Nevertheless, we respect your right to share your perspective and are hereby responding accordingly.

Le Maldive del Salento a Torre Lapillo

È stata una splendida vacanza, grazie soprattutto all' appartamento che ci ha fatto sentire a casa in un posto meraviglioso come Torre Lapillo. La casa, enorme, è dotata di ogni comfort e a due passi dal mare, un mare che non ha nulla da invidiare alle Maldive. Il riferimento per la prenotazione, Nicola, una persona squisita, sempre disponibile al telefono per rispondere alle mie domande estemporanee. Una vacanza che rifarei, che rifarò!!

Zeer slechte accommodatie Maraini Elegante

Accommodatie Maraini Elegante in Lugano Zwitserland komt niet overeen met de advertentie (voor ons geboekt via booking.com). Accommodatie Maraini Elegante is slechte oude staat, en ontzettend vies. Vlekken van bloed op de vloer aangetroffen en spetters op de muur bij het bed….
Contact met de beheerders lukt niet of nauwelijks. Op dag 2 kregen wij eindelijk iemand te spreken die alleen via de what’s app wilde contacten. Onvriendelijke manier van communiceren en niet bereid willig. Wordt afgewimpeld met er komt extra schoonmaak, maar deze is nooit gekomen. Op kantoor in de stad is niemand aanwezig, dus communicatie via daar ook 0. In de advertentie staat free parking, maar dit klopt niet. Er komen parkeerkosten bij a 43 CHF per dag!! Dit ook gemeld en werd beloofd dat er een compensatie voor zou komen. Terug in Nederland nu na een 1,5 maand en er is niets betaald. Hier nog een keer achter aan gezeten, komt goed en wordt betaald word gezegd, maar er wordt geen woord gehouden.

Het spijt ons zeer te lezen dat uw verblijf niet aan uw verwachtingen heeft voldaan en wij betreuren de ongemakken die u heeft ervaren. In het bijzonder bieden wij onze excuses aan indien u een tweede schoonmaak was beloofd die helaas nooit is uitgevoerd. Dit had niet mogen gebeuren.

Wat betreft het parkeren willen wij u erop wijzen dat parkeren niet bij de boeking is inbegrepen en dit duidelijk vermeld staat op Booking.com. Om deze reden kunnen wij geen informatie vinden over een overeenkomst tot compensatie. Onze excuses als hier een misverstand over is ontstaan.

Ons Boekings Team is 7 dagen per week van 8.00 uur tot 22.00 uur bereikbaar via e-mail en telefoon, en wij hebben zelfs 2 Nederlandse collega’s beschikbaar om onze Nederlandse gasten te ondersteunen.

Wij nemen alle feedback serieus en zullen uw opmerkingen zorgvuldig bekijken om onze diensten en communicatie met toekomstige gasten te verbeteren.

Bardzo udany pobyt

Apartament: Allegra w Lido di Camaire.
Apartament nowy, przestronny, nowocześnie wyposażony we wszystkie potrzebne naczynia i sprzęty: lodówka, mikrofalówka, zmywarka, pralka, telewizor i bezcenna klimatyzacja na gorące dni. Podziemny parking.
Okolica bezpieczna i spokojna. Odległość od morza około 1 km.
Bardzo dobra komunikacja z przedstawicielem Happy Rentals, przekazane dokładne instrukcje (nawet w postaci filmów) pozwoliły bezproblemowo dostać się do mieszkania i garażu.
