Mould in sofa.. stinks of cattpis .very very dirty all over like there has been nobody there for a decade .called staff who very unfriendly showed us another room still totally nasty..full of bugs never in my life would i even dare to sit in that bed !!!! Or push my luck preparing a meal !
Called the company and complained but not possible to get a refund

We are sorry to read that your experience did not meet expectations and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation.
Your reservation was made at 8:00 PM the evening prior to arrival, and you checked in the following day at approximately 1:00 PM, which was an early check-in, as our standard check-in time is from 4:00 PM. Despite this, we accommodated your early arrival.
Following your check-in, you contacted our team regarding the weather conditions and humidity, which are unfortunately typical seasonal factors in Malta. You also raised a concern regarding dampness on the sofa. Our team responded promptly and arrived at the apartment within 20 minutes, offering immediate additional cleaning as a solution.
As you were not satisfied with this option, we then offered to relocate you to a second apartment in the same building, on the same floor, with identical amenities. This alternative was also declined.
As accommodation and multiple solutions were offered on the spot, including a replacement unit, a refund was not applicable under these circumstances. We regret that you chose to leave the property and that the stay did not meet your expectations, especially while traveling with a child.
We remain committed to responding quickly to guest concerns and providing reasonable solutions, and we are sorry that, in this case, none were acceptable to you.

Appartamente grandissimo, accogliente, pulito e in posizione centrale. Pusto auto vicino e molti altri parcheggio comunque in zona. Grande flessibilità nella consegna e restituzione delle chiavi.

I had a very disappointing stay at this…
I had a very disappointing stay at this property. The house was extremely dirty, with visible mold in several areas, making it uncomfortable and honestly unhealthy. It was clear that the place had not been cleaned properly before my arrival.
On top of that, my interactions with the host were very unpleasant. In my experience, the host was unprofessional, rude, and not respectful when I tried to communicate the issues I found. Instead of helping, they responded in a dismissive and unkind way, which made the whole stay even worse.
Overall, I absolutely do not recommend this place. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with Airbnb.

Unfortunately, the apartment you booked was affected by a water infiltration issue that, despite our efforts, still showed visible signs at the time of your arrival. The following day we offered and arranged a move to the Generoso Apartment, so that you could continue your stay comfortably.
We regret to hear that you felt our communication was unhelpful. Our intention was never to be dismissive, and we apologize if our messages came across that way. We always aim to assist our guests promptly and respectfully, especially in situations where unexpected issues arise. We appreciate your understanding as you clearly stated you were not seeking a refund and simply wanted to change apartments.

Una Segunda Luna de Miel.Estar nuestras vacaciones en el…
Estar nuestras vacaciones en el apartamento de Jean Franco y Ángela fue un regalo para los sentidos y para el descanso.
Un precioso apartamento situado en el centro de Noci, frente al aparcamiento, está uno de los mejores restaurantes del pueblo dónde cenamos más de una noche pasta italiana maravillosa.
El apartamento está impecable y además de funcional, es muy cómodo y bonito.
Nosotros viajamos con nuestro bebé de 3 meses, nos dejaron preparado la cuna y todo el apartamento para sentirnos como en casa. !Una familia increíble¡
Sin lugar a dudas, y como dice mi marido, esa semana en Noci fue una segunda Luna de Miel.
Volveremos desde Sevilla.
Muy recomendable la estancia en este apartamento por lo bonito, hogareño,por lo estratégico del apartamento en Noci y por la ubicación del pueblo para visitar el resto de la Puglia.
El trato y atención de esta bonita familia inmejorable.

Muchísimas gracias por estas palabras tan especiales. Leer vuestra reseña nos ha emocionado de verdad. Saber que vuestra estancia en nuestro apartamento os brindó descanso, comodidad y tan bonitos recuerdos —¡incluida esa “segunda luna de miel”!— es el mejor regalo que podemos recibir.
Fue un placer recibiros a los tres, y nos alegra muchísimo que os sintierais como en casa, especialmente viajando con vuestro bebé. Preparar la cuna y tener el apartamento listo para vosotros fue algo que hicimos con mucho cariño.
Nos encanta que hayáis disfrutado de Noci, de su ubicación estratégica para descubrir Puglia y de los restaurantes del centro. ¡Es un lugar maravilloso y nos alegra que lo vivirais así!

Soggiorno piacevole, appartamento carino e ben arredato. Unico consiglio, sarebbe l’ideale se ci fossero un po’ più di stoviglie nella cucina. Per il resto tutto ottimo.

Exceptional chalet with an outstanding…
Exceptional chalet with an outstanding view of the Mountain Mont Blanc and the Pic du Midi. Everything has been thought through by the owner so all the guest has to think of is bringing food and clothing. The decoration is a bit kitschy but I guess it's what foreigners expect from a chalet in the alps. I highly recommend and will definitely go back

Happy war hier niemand, ausser der Agentur selbst.
Eine einzige Katastrophe diese Vermietung. Die Wohnung war beschrieben mit allen Inhalten wie Wasserkocher, Toaster etc, die aber Vorort nicht vorhanden waren, die Wohnung war schmuddelig und völlig verwohnt, der angepriesene Parkplatz war an einer stark befahrenen Straße und immer belegt. Es war rein gar nichts so, wie es beschrieben war. Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis war unterirdisch. Für viel Geld haben wir nur Schrott bekommen. Nie wieder happy rentals.

Freezing apartment in Porlezza
We rented the apartment on the first week of October and it was freezing inside the apartment. Even though the temperature outside was nice inside the apartment was always freezing and when asked the staff about heating they said it was not possible. Also the toilet needed to be repaired and even though we informed the staff, they never came to repair it.

Heating in the building can only be turned on later in October in accordance with Italian law, which is why it was not yet available during your stay. We understand that temperatures can vary and apologize for any discomfort this caused.

We had a wonderful stay in this fully independent house, which offers every comfort (except air-conditionning, but we do it well without it) you could wish for.
The spacious garden and pool were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
Just a stone's throw from Lake Maggiore, the location is ideal, with grocery stores conveniently nearby.
A special mention to the owners: kind, welcoming and always available without ever being intrusive. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely like at home - almost like part of the family.
A place we'd gladly return to and wholeheartedly recommend.

Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist grossartig 😍! Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und ansprechend. Es ist wunderbar ruhig, da am Hügel liegenden. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell am Meer oder bei den Einkaufsläden. Zu Fuss ist dies jedoch nicht denkbar, da kein Fußweg existiert. Wir haben es sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Gîte très agréable. Bien équipé. Très propre. Au clame et à la fois très bien placé pour visiter la Toscane. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut, même les gâteaux, le thé, Le café, le lait pour le petit déjeuner.
