I had to wait 40 minutes for my car to be returned as the driver went to the wrong terminal.
No apology was given.
DO NOT USE
If I could leave 0 I would. The meet and greet drop off were not there. They came after 2 phone calls , leaving us running to check in. When we arrived back tired as we had a night flight, I rang as soon as we had the luggage but to no avail! We stood outside freezing and rang again ; finally after 1 hour of waiting a lady came. My car boot has a spare tyre and under the tyre was full of water so god knows where the car was stored; must have been in a puddle. Nowhere else was wet so it doesn't make any sense but its taken ages too dry out! I used jetparks at stanstead and will continue to use this 5 star service. This was awful, unprofessional, bad time management and caused water damage to my car!

If there was an option for Zero stars they would get that, get told to Phone 30 mins to arrival which we did, waited at drop off point for another 40 mins!! On return told to Phone when we have luggage even though driver that collectect our car at drop off said phone while your waiting which we did, waited at Terminal for another 40 mins for car to come back, absolutely Dreadful service which you pay good money for, on hindsight should of phoned as leaving Vegas!! " Happy Days" should rename Crappy Days. Avoid
Had to write a review to say thank you…
Had to write a review to say thank you for the wonderful service!
Dropped our car off with Happy Days at departure drop off and then picked it up from the lovely Mena in perfect time when we arrived after our holiday. The best service to jump in our car straight away!
Thank you very much Happy Days parking! We will definitely be using you next time and would gladly recommend :-)
Wish I had read the reviews before I…
Wish I had read the reviews before I booked up. The same problems. All liars. Say they have been there 30 mins looking for me for the drop off. And worse on the return, had me going up and down in the lift to try and find them only to finally find them in the drop off 1 hour later. Horrendous company. Do not book up with this company.
Terrible!!!
Terrible!!!! They damaged our car. We parked at Heathrow from Monday 24th September until Sunday 29th September. Happy Days chipped a large area of paint on our car and despite constant pestering have not bothered to speak to us. They were also really late on our return and we had to wait in the rain. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE SERIOUSLY UNPROFESSIONAL
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY -SCAM!!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Booked this company through Sky park secure, used them at terminal 5 heathrow, advised to meet at short stay car park etc.
On the day was told to go to the drop off area at Heathrow terminal 5 although we know you aren't supposed to do things this way. Some guy in a tracksuit took our new Mercedes and we felt very uncomfortable.
When we landed again was told to meet at the drop off area although signs everyone saying not to do this as you will incur a fine, was all very rushed and we didn't properly check the vehicle as we knew we were being timed and were in the wrong area. when we got home noticed scratches all around the chrome on our brand new merc. As expected the company will not help us at all.
Believe they get customers to do this way so they feel pressured and wont check the car, completely gutted. Never go for the cheapest company there will always be a reason why.
I have used this company multiple…
I have used this company multiple times. They have yet to arrive at allotted time to collect my car and regularly take a very long time in dropping it off again. The drivers are courteous but sadly totally unreliable/ overstretched?? No so much a meet and greet service as a wait and see....
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
The service itself seemed to be legit and well organised with no timing issues but a few weeks after our holiday, the first person to take the car from us took my own number down as to reach me has decided to add me on social media using this phone number and started harassing me with messages about my girlfriend. I am absolutely appalled by this but not realising it was the guy that took the car as it was all some weeks after our holiday. Once I had worked this out I rang the company where I am told the driver no longer works with them. With in a minute of finishing the phone call, said driver has deleted and blocked me on the social media that he used to contact me in the first place. This is not good enough as he clearly still works there or someone has told him instantly but the fact I have seen him post videos of multiple cars he drives after picking them up from customers is very worrying.
Very disappointed with the service
Very disappointed with the waits both when departing (30 minutes) and on return (35 minutes). Also using the drop off zone on both occasions, different to the original instructions. When I came to use the money I keep in the car for paying parking the purse which had been in the central reservation compartment was missing ( it contained between £25 and £30). I contacted Skypark and got the following response.
We here at SkyParkSecure.com are sorry that you feel the need to complain on this occasion, we do our utmost to ensure that each of the Car Parking providers that advertise their car parking services on our online price comparison website operate to the high standards we demand but sometimes mistakes/incidents can happen.
They must not have read any of the other feedbacks on this page.
I also emailed Happy days but have not had any response.
I have now had a response after posting this review. Nobody has handed it in and they do not take responsibility for items left in the car. As a gesture of goodwill they are happy to offer £25 of any future booking.
I do not think I will take up the offer.
I was very nervous before because of reviews, but...
I was very nervous as I booked before reading the reviews. However from the first call from them on the day, in fact they were always in contact, both the office and driver, to make sure the meet up was correct. Same with the arrival, they again rang me as I was waiting for the bags. Wait times were excellent, maybe < 5 mins. Would recommend.
For info only: The round trip to where the cars are parked was 25 miles.
Absolutely useless
Cannot recommend
Cannot recommend. They encountered phone outage for at least 24 hours in advance of our drop-off but made zero attempt to let us know or provide alternative contact details. As a result, it was only possible to reach them (after 10 calls) as we arrived at Heathrow. We were kept waiting for 40 minutes, which was very stressful.
On return, similar difficulty reaching them, only to be told that the car was already waiting at passenger drop-off (ie. before I had phoned to say that I had cleared luggage collection) rather than the car park location. Driver had the audacity to scold me for keeping her waiting!
Their communications were either non-existent or unhelpful. The complaint procedure was totally unsympathetic. Save yourself an unpleasant experience.
Absolutely appalling
As with other reviews, they’re late, they expect you to drop off/pick up your car from the passenger drop-off area which specifically states that waiting is prohibited. They do this solely to save themselves money & are not permitted to do this. On top of this, the driver went through my centre console (where my wallet, etc is kept) & used my phone charger! When I complained to their office, they hung up on me. Absolutely dreadful & I will never use them again - and I recommend everyone else follow in my footsteps.
Terribly tardy service
We were quite frankly shocked at how poor the service was compared to many other 'meet and greet' services we used in the past. On the positive side, the car was damage-free when it was returned to us, and the drivers were friendly enough. However, on probably the most important count for a meet and greet service they were late in both drop-off as well as pick up. Unlike the other services, they do not have a dedicated counter at the airport (Heathrow Terminal 2). This meant that their drivers had to move from one job to the other and the cars were not brought in advance. When we were flying out, we called them (according to their text message in the morning) as we were about 20 mins away from the airport. They wanted us to wait at the passenger dropoff area (and not the car-park) which is fair enough. When we arrived there was no pick-up driver and when we called them, we were asked to wait for 10 minutes, as the driver was 'just on their way'. This of course did not happen, and we waited and made further calls where we were assured that they were on their way. During my subsequent calls, I was hung up on once. We were worried about being late for the flight. The driver and his dropoff car turned up about 40 mins late, apologised profusely (he was friendly enough), but did not have any paper documentation, and showed me a text message instead. We were willing to think that this was just a bad day and an exception. When we we flew back, we called 20 mins in advance again, but of course the same thing happened all over again. They kept telling us that the driver had been delayed by a previous drop-off and would be there in 20 mins, 15 mins, and 10 minutes. Again they were late by about 40 minutes. We were all tired from our long flight and could have done without the aggravation of having to wait, and call and remonstrate with the company. Happy Days they certainly are not!
Terrible!
Terrible!
1. After preliminary call 20-30 min before arrival, at arrival the driver didn’t show up! After many desperate calls, almost losing the flight, the receptionist finally collected the car. Her apology was “I’m very disappointed with my drivers”.
2. At return, in the middle of the night, I had to wait more than 45 minutes after calling as instructed (after collecting my bags).
For both these inconveniences, my fee was waived.
3. Nevertheless, the next morning I found a huge scratch on my spoiler. No responsibility was accepted.
I will never use Happy Days, even if I have to pay double.
Worst meet and greet service I have…
Worst meet and greet service I have ever experienced!!
I have been using meet and greet parking services for many years, mostly without any serious issues. On this occasion we used Happy Days at Heathrow.
Right from the drop off, we waited 20 minutes for the driver to arrive, but that was nothing when we returned to the UK!!!
on return to Heathrow we waited 1 hour and 20 mins for the car to arrive, we reported the car stolen and had to involve the Police!!! The service was the worst I have ever experienced. On top of that there were other people hanging around outside that had also been waiting over 1 hour for Happy Days to return their cars.
Please if you have any sense at all, never ever go near this parking company, you will only regret it!!!
Take it here if you want a new paint job ! AVOID
Firstly they took 30 minutes to pick up the car! Then we called them once landed and they told us to call then after we've got our Luggage. Which again we did and it still took then 40 minutes to being us our car. Now comes the best bit, they brought us back our car with 2 new black scratches. After the lady saw this and agreed by the pictures we took before hand that they were not there, she said someone would contact us to discuss. I straight away knew this would not be the case so before we left we emailed the before and after pictures to which they have denied speaking to us at the car park and are also claiming they were already there which is strange when there not visible.
We are going to continue to fight this and will take them to small claims court if needed. Be very careufk with this incompetent company. AVOID!
DO NOT USE!
DO NOT USE!
This is the worst named company ever! Should be called extremely Unhappy Days.
I used the Meet and Greet service at Heathrow T2. On arrival, the first phone number to call them didn’t work. Eventually got through on the second one – they claimed that they tried to call me to confirm arrival but that I had given them the wrong number (miraculously, on my return they had the right number!). They said it would take 20 minutes after the allotted time for someone to meet me. An unprofessional looking woman did meet me and took the car. That hiccup on its own was fine and would not warrant a bad review, just average.
Upon return, my flight arrived on time and I was with my baggage 20 minutes after landing. Perfect.
Now, however, the first number to call for pickup went straight to answerphone and the second straight to voicemail with a full voicemail-box!
I tried for over one hour and couldn’t get through to anyone. Imagine how that would make you feel...
I was about to call the police to report theft of my vehicle, but something made me decide to walk up to level 4 of the car park, where there were manned desks for other Meet and Greet companies. Fortunately, one of them knew Happy Days and said this was happening to several people for the past week. He also had the phone number of one of the representatives, whom he kindly called and they confirmed they would pick up in 10 minutes.
Had I not met this helpful chap, I was about to call a taxi and hand this matter over to the police.
A few minutes later, one of the reps called me (using my number that they claimed not to have before) to say he was on his way. On meeting them (there were now three of them together), they complained that I should have called them and were surprised that the phone numbers on their booking sheet instructions did not work – I have checked the following day and they still don’t work! This is a very simple business to operate and you have to be grossly negligent, stupid or simply not care about your customers at all to get it so badly wrong.
They had my full flight details and could easily have confirmed that the flight had arrived on time, and contact me but failed to even try.
This is appalling and unprofessional and stress that you do not need after a flight; I was getting worried how I would get to work the next day. True, they’re cheap but I would never use them again; spend more elsewhere for a better service. I very rarely write reviews, but I don’t want other people to go through what I did. AVOID AVOID AVOID
By the way, it was also impossible to get through to Skypark Secure, who I booked through, so they are just as useless at dealing with problems like this. They need to review who they are willing to act for as it is their reputation that is also at stake.
First of all we were asked to park on…
First of all we were asked to park on the drop off area, not the car park. We did arrive early but the driver finally appeared 24 minutes after our scheduled arrival. He says he’s tried to text and call but I’d constantly been trying to call. 50 attempts were recorded on my mobile - I spoke with someone (different) people about six times and got told the driver would be x no of minutes etc.... load of rubbish!
I checked my phone to see if the driver was lying and saw he had done both but strangely enough that was immediately before he got to us. He hadn’t been looking for us as he implied!!
What is concerning is that the camera was removed from the dashboard and unplugged. I wonder if that was so we couldn’t see where the car went/was parked up.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
