The staff was very helpful and nice. I tried very hard to work with the application link to no avail, however they continued to try to help me. It was not their fault, I just am not literate with today’s computer language, systems and operations. Fortunately, I was able to find another Hafington application that was simpler and easier to use so I was able to place my order.

Harfington ships parts from China that are substandard
I would not recommend buying anything from this company, the part I got was sub-standard, did not work as expected. Then they offered me 30% refund due to shipping being so high to ship it back to China!

I found Harfington by accident looking for quality long hooks to hold a pot with ferns and one with Burro's tail. Quality and quick delivery was what I got.

I do not recommend this company. I paid for an order, but they never sent it. Customer service kept telling me for a whole month that it would be shipped in two days. They didn't refund my money and stopped responding to me. Do not use this company; it is bad.

USPS did not give tracking number quickly. Called to Harfington and Betty stayed in contact with me until the part arrived. Excellent customer service. When part arrived it was the exact part and fit like OEM. Highly recommend Harfington.

Do not order their plastic display. It's Junk !
Do not order their plastic display cases. No instruction on how to put it together. Screws supplied with screw caps to put case together do not work. I ended up scotch taping my case together. I would of packaged it all back up to return but I needed a cases ASAP to cover a statue my wife bought me. Not worth the money for the cases.
