Great communication and great customer service and I ordered the wrong part and through the communication of what I should do they decided right off just to give me a full refund and keep the wrong part I messed up and order so to me they are to be trusted and I will definitely order FROM them again and again...

Although the product we bought is intended for laboratory use, we used it to solve a plumbing problem. A 3-pack was perfect for the job. We would use Harfington again in a heartbeat.

Great products with excellent customer service
I ordered 85mm black push plate but received 100mm, which is a little bit wider. I managed to use one (out of 3) pair and leave the rest in the box. It was annoying & inconvenient when I had to order again from the local store in Sydney. This week I told their customer service officer the incident. They seriously took it on board. I sent them the photo of items I received. They’ve decided to give me a full refund, which is exceeding my expectation. I’m now considering of ordering more products from them because they have so many things I need on their online portal. Accident could happen with incorrect products but they rectified it efficiently and promptly once notified.
