This is the 4th time I have used Tim Clarke of HarrisonClarke to carry out a Level 3 Survey on a property for me. As always he was incredibly helpful and prompt in carrying out the survey, and the report was very detailed and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision on the purchase. Very happy and would certainly recommend.

The service I received through Harrison Clarke to produce party notices was first rate. Faye Williams was excellent. No query was a bother, despite my relatively small project compared to some of the bigger projects they deal with, also my being in a different city! I genuinely appreciated Faye's advice, support and professionalism to me and in her communications with external parties on my behalf. Tim Clarke was also always courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend Harrison Clarke as a reputable company to work with.

We were not informed by our Architect about needing to arrange a party wall agreement and also needed to get a crack in our neighbours wall document. I thought we would have to delay the building project due to this but we were given terrific support from Harrison Clarke who went above and beyond to turn this all around so quickly.
They were so friendly and helpful , I couldn’t recommend them high enough.

Initially recommended by my solicitor. A survey was performed promptly, the arrangement of which helped, in part, by a couple of fortuitous factors. Tim provided help in selecting an appropriate level of survey which was detailed enough for me to gain, what I can consider, to be a thorough understanding of important and less important factors.

Survey was arranged on the monday to be done on the wednesday, we had the survey report by friday 7am.

The information was comprehensive down to possible decorating issues.

We are in the process of acquiring a new commercial premises and given its age and condition we required a full schedule of condition to be carried out. Faye was able to attend the property in a very short period of time and the final report, which was very detailed, was with me very quickly. Faye was able to talk me through the report, advise on works which should be carried out prior to taking on the lease and even the wording to include in the lease so we can protect ourselves in the future. A very complete professional service from a very friendly team, highly recommended.

Great communication throughout the process. The inspection was completed very promptly (2 days after I gave the instruction to proceed) and the report was completed very soon after the inspection (the following day).

The report gave the right level of detail in areas that merited further explanation, and kept things simple elsewhere.

Tim offered a call to answer any questions I had - an offer I'm glad I accepted as he was able to provide some further insights which helped my decision making process.
