Very pleased with my Homebuyers from Harrison Clarke Ltd. Tim the surveyor was very helpful and thorough with the report which I recieved only two days later after the survey was done. Good service and price, would highly recommend.

Cannot recommend Timothy Clark of…
Cannot recommend Timothy Clark of Harrison Clarke Limited highly enough. He and his colleague were very prompt in responding to communications arranging the survey. The survey itself was very thorough and Tim spent a lot of time at the property to carry out the survey. The report itself was very detailed, with in depth analysis as well as recommendations about any remedial work and cost estimates. The report was delivered in less than 48 hours after the survey and I was very impressed with the service we have received. Thank you.

100% recommended
I would absolutely recommend Harrison Clarke for any building consultancy. Faye and Tim worked quickly and efficiently to undertake our RICS HomeBuyers Report, resulting in an easy to understand document, giving commentary on the condition of the property, clearly highlighting any urgent defects and providing ongoing maintenance advice.
All communications with the estate agents were managed directly and therefore stress free for us as buyers - thank you so much Faye & Tim!

Extremely Professional
Harrison Clarke provided us with Home Buyers Survey for a property we were purchasing. They provided us with a first class service and a very detailed report which was very helpful to identify the current state of the property.
Would highly recommend the services of Harrison Clarke and in particular Tim Clarke.

Great experience. 10/10 customer service.
I've had a really good experience with Harrison Clarke Limited. Tim's promptness to booking and carrying out a home buyers survey for us was brilliant. Quick response to emails and also received the report promptly, can't fault the service and would definitely recommend. Faye was great too. Thank you both for a great experience.

We have been very pleased with the service Tim at Harrison Clarke has provided. The whole process was very smooth with the building survey conducted and report provided within one week of our initial query. Overall a great service and we would highly reccomend Tim if you're looking for a friendly local surveyor.
