From the very beginning , our experience with Harron Homes has been outstanding—and a big part of that is thanks to Josh, our sales executive.

Josh is incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the development and took the time to walk us through all our options without ever making us feel pressured. He has been keeping us informed at stage of the build, responding quickly to our questions, and always making us feel like a priority.

Thanks to Josh’s excellent communication and support, we’ve felt confident and reassured throughout this entire process. It’s clear that Josh genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in delivering a great service.

In a couple of weeks time me and my partner will be moving into our new home (first time buyers) on Laughton gate, we’re very excited! The whole process has been a walk in the park from the beginning and we can only thank Josh at harron homes for making it that way, he’s really friendly and approachable and nothing is to much to ask and he even sends weekly updates with pictures of our house. Looking forward to getting our keys :)

Currently in the process of buying a new home at Laughton Gate. I am doing a part exchange, Harron Homes have taken out all the pressure of a house move, so far the whole experience has been efficient and stress free. Josh in the sales office has been very helpful ensuring that I have been well informed of the build stage and offered extensive help with the whole process so far. I have visited the office on many occasions and Josh has always been very welcoming and willing to assist with my many questions. I look forward to completing on my new home and feel confident that this will continue to be managed efficiently.

We recently purchased a home through Harron Homes at Laughton Gate (plot 199), and we couldn’t be happier with the entire process. From buying the property the sales exec (Josh) really made us feel he was personally invested and on the journey with us to buying our first home. All new builds get some snagging but the team of Josh, Wayne and Ian and their team have demonstrated professionalism, transparency, excellent communication and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. To say they have gone above and beyond is an understatement.

We love the house and are already settling in to our new home nicely. Thanks to the team at Harron for making our experience as stress free and as positive as possible. We couldn’t be more impressed.

If you are thinking about buying a brand new home, I cannot recommend Harron Homes enough. Moving house is always stressful and it never comes without it's ups and downs but whatever happened, from start to finish, from Josh in the sales office to the entire site team, they have been absolutely incredible! To say that they go above and beyond is a huge understatement, they are a phenomenal team and work so incredibly well together. A huge thank you to Josh, if there is an award for customer service, it should, without doubt, go to him!

Very friendly sales and service from both Jacquie and Sandra and an excellent experience from both so far in our home buying journey. Fabulous new build site at Fixby in a lovely area of Huddersfield.

Popped into Victoria Heights to be welcomed by the familiar face of Jacquie who incidentally sold us our current home. 18 years later we have just bought our second home, she remembered us and immediately put us at ease. Staff at Victoria Heights (Jacquie and Sandra) are friendly and welcoming, they are honest when asked about their opinion on fixtures and fittings. They draw on their experience and knowledge to help and advise. Harron Homes offer a great spec with their homes, you get so much as basic, having bought new build before the amount you get is impressive! Looking forward to now moving in!

Josh at the Laughton gate development has always been more than happy to help with any query and always goes above and beyond to help.

We had the pleasure of working with Sylvia regarding a property at Thorpe Meadows. She was vibrant, knowledgeable, and provided us with comprehensive details about the purchasing process. Sylvia made us feel welcomed from the very first moment and was incredibly hospitable.

Ann has been incredible from the very first day of enquiry to us moving into our forever home. Ann has provided the best customer service, has communicated really well throughout the whole process and really goes above and beyond for her customers. Ann has been so patient and has always provided us with the answers to our questions, she has been transparent and supportive and we would have been totally lost without her.
Since moving in, she has kept us updated with various things and ensured on multiple occasions that we are happy and settling in. We have now met the site manager and some of his team who have also been fabulous up to yet and so accommodating to our needs. They think of things before we do, and it really makes a difference to know we have such a supportive network of reliable people to assist us if we need. I understand everyone is entitled to an opinion of their own, but I cannot fault Harron Homes and would recommend to anyone looking to purchase their own dream home. Thank you to you all :)

From the moment I stepped through the door at the Victoria Heights, Fixby showroom, Jacquie and Sandra couldn’t do enough to help. They were both extremely warm, polite and professional, going out of their way to find me my new home that met all my needs and requirements. They have sent me regular updates as the build has progressed and have taken me and my children for viewings, again nothing is too much hassle! I can’t speak highly enough of Sandra and Jacquie, they are both an absolute credit to Harron homes. Keep up the good work ladies!

Liam and I are in the process of buying our forever home at Shipley Lakeside. It’s the first time we have both been through this process and Charlotte has been incredibly helpful every step of the way.

So far we have reserved our plot, and picked our options which I found fairly stressful however when Charlotte realised we were struggling she stepped in to help us decide and we are so happy with the choices we picked.

From the 1st appointment, Charlotte has been very informative, and has been able to answer any questions we’ve had.
We get weekly updates from Charlotte as to where the property is on the build ws well as videos and pictures of the site and our plot.

Charlotte has really made the process feel very smooth so far and we can’t wait for the day we get to move into our home.
Once moved a completely I will leave another review of that process!

We have such a fantastic experience with Harron Homes already and with Michelle at Simpson Park.
