We have just made it to the reservation stage (after almost two years of looking) and Ann at Brierley Heath has been fantastic throughout. We have visited the site on and off for a couple of years and each time she has remembered us and welcomed us back! So glad to finally be on the way to our own new Harron Home, and I’m sure with Ann’s knowledge, experience and support the process will be enjoyable and as stress free as moving house can be. Thanks Ann, see you soon to make our choices!

From first contact to reservation and choices we’ve felt supported and well advised without ever being under any pressure.

After our previous purchase of a new build was less than ideal we were hesitant to go down this route again but thanks to Charlottes openness with the site, we have been down to the plot to see the views and construction along with the awards the site has won, it’s been a no brainer.

I cannot recommend Shipley Lakeside and Charlotte enough, she is the epitome of excellence.

After visiting several new developments around Doncaster, Harron Homes truly stood out. We had specific non-negotiables. Layout, space, and something that felt different from the typical new builds. The Eppingham ticked all the boxes and stole our hearts from the moment we saw it.
A special thank you to Penny, who made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. She was incredibly supportive, kept us updated every step of the way, and often went out of her way to work around our schedule. Everyone we interacted with at Harron Homes was friendly and helpful, which made the journey even better.

We are in the process of currently in the process of buying our lovely property at Nevisons Fold with hope of moving in at the end of July/Aug.
We went to view a certain property but when we went Janette told us about another one that had just come available so we went for it. When she told us that all the interior had been chosen (carpets,flooring,kitchen and tiles) i was a little nervous but it's everything that we want and more!!
Everything has been a walk in the park there has been no problems and if we have had any questions Janette has been able to answer them for us. She has been brilliant.
We went to view the property at the weekend and we cannot wait to move in!!

The quality of the products and ranges is impressive. Site staff friendly and helpful. I cannot wait to move in!

We originally went to reserve our dream plot at Brierley Heath only to find out someone had beat us to it. Ann was really supportive when it came to advising us on what other options were available and promised us first refusal on the original plot if anything changed, which it did! The plot itself was well progressed and nearly water tight but Ann was still so helpful when it came to making changes and adding upgrades, which she didn’t have to do as a lot of options had been pre-selected and ordered. Ann has been extremely professional, personable and informative throughout the whole process and remains the same even though we have now moved in! Her passion for looking after her customers shines through, and I haven’t met a single individual on the estate that haven’t said the same thing - she’s a real credit to Harron Homes!!

As for the house itself, overall we are generally happy with the finish but there is a lot of snags that need sorting (not decorating issues). The site manager has been on annual leave since we moved in so the assistant site manager has been looking after us. Again, Dave has been brilliant when it comes to making time to review the issues we’ve spotted and his customer service skills are brilliant. He has been extremely patient, hasn’t made excuses or got defensive and in the whole has been happy accept the issues we’ve come across. We have only been in for 2 weeks so there’s still a lot of snags to be sorted as you naturally have to wait for the trades to reach out, but that’s okay as Dave fills me with confidence that he’ll see these issues through to conclusion and he checks in regularly. Another credit to Harron Homes, and as long as the snags are resolved there’s no reason the score this review down. New build companies are ultimately volume builders so there’s always going to be some issues which you just have to accept. What makes the difference is the willingness of the company to put things right, which I’m hopeful will be the case!

Michelle has been very helpful in our new home journey. She was welcoming, always willing to guide and gave us very good deals.
Our reservation appointment was really lovely, took time to explain the necessary details to us and happy to support us in making such a laudable step.

We are in the process of purchasing a new home at York Vale, Howden. After visiting many new homes it immediately felt right when we arrived at York Vale. We liked a number of the houses and decided very quickly that this was where we were going to buy our new home. Nicola Who has looked after us throughout, has been extremely helpful and always happy to answer any questions we might have and to assist in any way she can. Over all buying our new home has been a very enjoyable experience thanks to Nicola and Harron Homes.

Fantastic customer service with a lovely personal touch. Josh took account of what we wanted and helped us so much - he always went that extra mile for us. He accommodated our many visits to the office and always welcomed us with a smile.

Having looked at a few housing developments we were impressed by the quality and space of the Harron Home new builds at Laughton Gate.

I don’t think we have been the easiest of customers, choosing one house and two weeks later transferring to a different newly released property. Thanks to Josh, this was made possible and everything has progressed well. Josh has kept us up to date with regular messages, photos, visits and has gone above and beyond for us.

Our experience with Harron Homes has been good so far. We are currently in the process of buying our first home at the Laughton Gate development. We did read some 1-star reviews, which made us a bit concerned, but Josh been great, responded in a professional manner and reassured us that the company is proud of the quality of their homes and that any past issues at this site have been fixed.

We’ve been happy with the communication and hope the same level of service continues after we complete the purchase. We’re excited to move into our new home.

We have been looking for our forever home for over 2 years, and every time we popped into our local Harron Homes development, Michelle has been so welcoming, informative and helpful! She never once tried to sell us a home that wasn’t right for us, she listened to us and helped us find the perfect home. She was open, honest and helped coordinate for us to visit other Harron Homes developments to view their show homes: each one had such a welcoming member of staff ready to greet us! We couldn’t have been treated any better! Absolutely 1000% recommend to anyone looking to buy a new home that will last.

Me and my partner are currently in the process of buying our first home at Laughton Gate (plot 249) from the first time we went to look around the show homes and enquire, Josh at harron homes was so friendly and approachable. Not long after we put our deposit down and so far everything has been really smooth sailing and I can’t fault the process at all, especially with how daunting and stressful buying your first house may seem. Josh set us up on a WhatsApp group and we get weekly updates of how the house is progressing, pictures and regular contact for any questions and updates. Josh has done nothing but put us at ease, made us feel comfortable and we already have a good friendship with him. We are due to complete around October time, nothing but positive reviews so far. We can’t wait to move in!
