I cannot over state my gratitude to Harry and Harry Benmore Mattress Maker.
I live on a widebeam canal boat and extended my bed frame to accept a kingsize.
Unfortunately due the size of my bow doors and stern doors I was advised that I couldn't get a single mattress in ! No problem said Harry I can make it in two sections with a zip lock. I purchased a silk and cashmere mattress. I knew after 1 night how great the mattress was. The sleep temperature is perfect. I will also be investing in a new Alpaca Quilt when I have saved up. This is the best investment that I have made since moving into my home almost 3 years ago

I highly recommend this company. New mattress arrived but after a few days I knew it didn’t suit so took advice from Harry and it was changed.

I found Harry’s website by chance. I am so happy with my silk and cashmere matress. I slept for 8 hours on my first night. This matress is handcrafted and quality checked. Many many thanks to harrry Benmore and the team. The customer service was exceptional. Met Harry when I visited the studio to try the matress and was delivered within 10 days. I will never go to another matress store again. Harry Benmore your company deserves a royal warrant not sleepezee. Thanks again.

We only have good things to say about our whole experience buying two Hybrid Pro mattresses from Harry Benmore, one for us and one for our daughter. We first tried various options out in his studio and Harry was extremely helpful, patient and informative. My daughter and I both have back issues and it was really important for us to get this right. We ended up with the firmer mattress which is actually more of a medium /firm feel.
We all love our mattresses and have slept so comfortably since day one.

We bought a Super Kingsize, Hybrid Luxe, firmer feel mattress. Looks brilliant and is supremely comfortable. Exceptional service beginning to end. Would recommend without hesitation. Free delivery to Scotland as well … magic.

We absolutely love the Hybrid Pro mattress with the firmer feel. The mattress is so comfortable and feels very natural. I wish i would have discovered Harry before I purchased an Origin Hybrid Pro, which doesn’t feel natural in comparison. The service has been fantastic from the initial conversations to post delivery. I only wish we would have bought another one instead of the Origin. Thank you ….

After speaking with Harry I bought the Hybrid Pro Mattress ( Medium ) as we thought this best suited my senior body with Osteoarthritis and chronic pain.
Before buying this mattress sleep was always painful and scattered even though the mattress I was renewing was a really good mattress but it was time for a new one, I can honestly say after one night I am amazed, I slept a full 6 hours of undisturbed sleep and woke feeling less stiff and in a lot less pain than usual, this mattress is a dream, it’s well made and so comfortable absolute heaven to sleep on.
My whole experience with Harry and his team has been exceptional, delivery was quick and the guys went above and beyond for me.
Harry himself is a great guy very helpful, he listened to what I needed and helped me pick the perfect mattress for me. If your looking for an Honest Man who cares about you as well as his Business Reputation then Harry is definitely your man you won’t be disappointed in him or his mattresses.

Great experience – we met Harry at his showroom and he gave us lots of time to test out the different mattresses, and answered all our questions. We chose the silk and cashmere mattresses and have been loving them! Great back support and luxurious. Harry was very responsive and sorted the delivery quickly. His team were very professional getting it up to the 1st and 2nd floors (and also removing the old mattresses). Would definitely recommend!

Wasn't a fan of one of the mattresses so had regular communication with Harry on whatsapp and agreed to swap it within the 30 day trial period. Replacement arrived without an issue and they took the original away. Great service all around and happy with the mattresses

Buying a mattress can be a bit daunting, with so many options to choose from and high-tech features that sound great, but no one really knows what they mean. I knew that I wanted a firm hybrid mattress, but they are few and far between.
Enter Harry Benmore and his small, family-run business. The descriptions and videos on the website are very clear and helpful, but I had some questions and Harry himself answered them in no time via WhatsApp. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive mattress; instead, he listened to my requirements and made a couple of recommendations, and my new mattress was delivered to me within two weeks (but it could have been sooner, I just didn't want it because I was going away).
It's been a week since I started sleeping on my firm hybrid mattress and I still can't get over how comfortable it is. The memory foam layer gives it a luxurious softness, but the pocket springs make it firm and supportive, with just the right amount of tension. No more aches and pains in the morning, no more tossing and turning in search for a comfortable position, just sheer bliss.
The delivery guys were super friendly and happy to bring the mattress up to my first floor flat, which I really appreciated. The communication ahead of delivery was second to none, and the whole experience smooth and excellent.
For the first time in a long while, I actually look forward to bedtime!

I spent months looking for a new mattress and ummed and aahed about going to an independent supplier like harry for ages, I was incredibly skeptical that this random facebook advert was actually worth investigating but we went to his shop in welling and tried a few and then went home and e mailed him about 50 questions to which he replied promptly and professionally to every one of them. We've had our superking cashmere and Silk mattress for 3 months now and its absolutely wonderful. We have got a firm one and going from a soft and absolutely crap simba mattress was a bit of a shock but all of our aches and pains have now gone. Absolutell relief!!

I have arthritis in both hips and when thats bad I do add a single panda topper to my side of the bed but most of the time, its not needed. The mattress itself is very supportive but without feeling like you're laying on a floor.

I only have good things to say about my Harry Benmore mattress experience. From my initial enquiry through to delivery the entire process was seamless and most importantly I've got a really comfortable mattress that guarantees a good night's sleep. When I've been away I can't wait to get back to my own bed.

Harry was very helpful with advice when I wasn't sure which mattress to go for. I chose the king size hybrid. I'm a side sleeper and it supports in all the right places ensuring you wake up well rested with no aches anywhere.

I was kept updated about the progress of my order and delivery was on time (just 9 days from order to delivery) and there was no problem with taking away the old mattress and with no charge. The prices are excellent too compared to other mattresses of this quality on the market.

The mattress I ordered was for a guest bedroom. My guests say they slept really well on the new mattress. I personally haven't tried it yet, but when I need a new mattress for myself, I'll give the guest bedroom a try and probably order another one for myself.
