I bought a freeze dryer and harvest right tech team has been a huge help with ever hiccup the machine has had. I've enjoyed being able to preserve my food, and not have left overs that go to waste.

I absolutely love my Harvest Right Freeze Dryer! The strawberries are my son's favorite snack now. We plan on freeze-drying different things and selling them at our local farmers' market this summer as a summer job and to start a college fund for him.

We did have a small issue with the heater after a few years of use, but Harvest Right Customer Service was super helpful and we had it back up and running within the day.

We bought a freeze dryer about 10 years ago and its still running like a charm. Everytime we have a problem with it the Harvest Right Company has great customer service! They never fail to help us out. So if you're thinking about buying one, stop thinking and just do it! They are so nice to have when you have food that needs to be taken care of!

I thought I was having trouble with my vacuum on my Harvest Right large freeze dryer, so I called technical support and I was able to get the problem solved quickly and completely. I was very very happy that I called for tech-support. And now I’m back freeze drying.

I had a failure on my machine and was devastated. The staff at Harvest Right walked me through the hole process and even had to deal with difficult me because I did not know what would happen from there. The communication settled my stress levels and before I knew it, my machine was ready to come back home. Oh I can't wait to start making my confections again!

we have had our freezedryer for over 3 years. we have had great response from harvest rite when we had an issue with the dryer. great customer service and response time. we love our freeze dryer, use it consistantly to dry in season food, left overs and meals for backpacing. what a great investment

I just completed my first batch and I'm so excited about how everything turned out. My first two test runs, I couldn't get the vaccuum seal to work properly, but after pulling the rubber seal out a bit it worked perfectly. My son is a picky eater and loved the freeze dried foods. Its great for making healthy snacks and creating food security for your family.

I bought my dryer October 2024, had it set up quickly and easily, and got to work researching how to freeze dry. At first it seemed overwhelming but it turns out it's not at all difficult. I've run so many batches (maybe 50) without any issues at all. Last month, one batch would not dry. I researched and could not figure out what the problem was. I was super bummed I had to pay for tech support help. Without options, I paid - but definitely got what I paid for! Help was immediate, English speaking, and we quickly diagnosed the issue. It cost me a whopping $2 part that arrived within days. I am so far very impressed with the machine and the service!

This product is wonderful and the customer support is fantastic! I’ve used the freeze dryer to dehydrate beef liver to make my own supplement and I have been very satisfied with the results. When I had issues with my pump the customer support person was very helpful and enabled me to correct the issue and get my machine going again.

We love our Harvest Right freeze dryer. We have had it for 7 years and we use it often for herbs, fruits, vegetables and meats. Recently we had a problem with the heat relay. We contacted Harvest Right and their staff was able to promptly help us to have our machine up and running again.

I recently putchased the 4 tray harvest right freeze dryer and I am extremely impressed with the ease of use and how well the products come out. It is a little smaller than I had expected in terms of capacity - more so the height of the product being dried. However, it will work with most everything I want. So far it has surpassed my expectations. I do love the fact that it came with everything I need to create my long-term food storage. The heat sealer is awesome! The mylar bags appear to be good quality but we will see how they hold up in time. I am very satisfied with this freeze dryer and definitely will purchase the next size up.

Harvest Right has a fabulous customer service team. Normally I hate calling customer service, but Dave B was excellent and professional. I love that they have a team that answers questions promptly on facebook groups. The Harvest Right app is very easy to navigate. Loving my small freeze dryer so far.

Its by far the best machine service is second to none incredibly diligent people to deal with machine very user friendly

Ordered the large pro version from BPS and once I received it I noticed that instead of being wired for 15 amps I received a large with a 20 amp plug and the sticker on the back of the machine confirmed it was a 20 amp unit. On HR's website, the FAQ section states that all large units are 15 amp while their instruction manuals state that large units are 20 amp. Talked with HR who confirmed that mine would run with the provided 20 amp to 15 amp conversion plug on a dedicated 15 amp circuit without compromising the machine or the warranty. Better version control and model numbers could have prevented this and reduced confusion.

I’ve been using this product for some time now, and it has exceeded my expectations. The design is well thought out, performance is consistent, and the features are intuitive. Installation was straightforward, and customer support was responsive when I had questions. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

The process of Freeze Drying is excellent for long term management of food. The Harvest Right Freeze Dryer is excellent in its function and the Customer Service at Harvest Right has been excellent. Great overall experiences.

Overall, I love the freeze dryer. But after having it for a few months, there was a vacuum issue. With the first customer service rep I got, I spent hours on the phone trying to correct the problem. I am not a handy-woman so it was overwhelming. I just stopped trying, I was so discouraged. BUT I contacted them again recently, and the customer service was fantastic! Itzia helped make it as simple as possible for me. We had a video call and she was able to diagnose the problem and help me fix it without too much difficulty. A wire was had just been knocked a little loose in transportation. This machine is a big investment and I do not live near the headquarters, so it seems to me that Customer Service has improved since my first experience with them. I give Itzia 5-stars and the machine 5-stars, but overall 4 stars for the lost food when the first customer service rep couldn't help me easily fix it.

Purchased the small freeze dryer, best investment in a long time. Use it everyday. Tech support is amazing! Resolved my problems in a very efficient and friendly manner, shout out to tech Trey! Thanx for all of your help
