After recently moving in together with my partner, we have been furnishing our home and have found Harvey Norman to be absolutely fantastic - a one stop shop for everything we could need! We have been shopping in the Boucher Road store & have recently purchased two beds - the process could not have been easier and the staff are unbelievably kind, friendly and incredibly helpful. I would like to specifically thank Paul & Aaron who were able to help us get the perfect beds and delivery dates! They have both been amazing & we really are super thankful!

Due to having such positive experiences I fully intend to keep shopping at the store!

Had the pleasure of meeting Ewa. A lovely team member of harvey Norman at boucher. Went in for a browse and found a lovely Huawei watch. Ewa served us. 5* service. Knew all about the watch. Extremely helpful. Definitely a great team member. Also many thanks to Craig the manager 👍 June & Geraldine

I ordered online and within an hour had a phone call from Michael at Boucher to update me on stock. Once stock arrived in store I received another call from Michael to schedule delivery less than 2 days later! I was updated frequently on delivery time on the day - the delivery was even early! Very happy!

I went to the cash desk and explained what I needed but didn’t know what to look for. The lovely helpful lady went and got me an assistant, Tiarnan who was a great help to me. He was very patient, polite, professional and very knowledgeable about all products. He took time to explain how the products worked. If I had any problems I could return to the store and get help. A lovely store well stocked and great staff. Thanks

Aaron was the guy that served me , abs legend , had some great conversations about technology , and few other things that were awesome a bit of knowledge , in my opinion Guys like Aaron should be treated with Abs Love , because guys like Aaron are the people that drive the companys like that , Best Customer service ive had in years , proffesional , Courteous , Unbelievably friendly , was super simple , best service ive had in years guy deserves a medal for that type of service , defo be back again , and i hope i run in this fella !!

Went into Harvey Norman a few weeks ago to look for a sofa for our living room. Mark Mcallister could not have been better with us. No pressure just lots of information on the options available. He took the time to go through how the sofa had been manufactured and then arranged for sample fabrics to be sent out to our home. Once we had chosen we went back in today and completed the purchase, from start to finish our experience of Harvey Norman has been a very straight forward pleasurable interaction. Arrived on time. Did not hang about brought the suites in built them up checked the motorisation of them all the time explaining to me what and why they doing at each step. Showed me how to adjust the mechanism if required. Made sure we were happy with them and cleared up after them and left.

From the lady salesperson who was so helpful in pointing out the advantages of the recliner chairs on the floor, I really enjoyed the shopping experience and she helped me make my decision on which ones to choose. She gave me space to make my choices also. Really appreciated this. Delivery staff were friendly and helpful with how to use the remote controls and came within the two hours they said they would arrive with the chairs. Great service from Harvey Norman. I look forward to shopping with them again.

My two delivery men were so professional and very easy to talk to. Brought all the rubbish with them and left me to enjoy my lovely new leather suite. Very happy with my experience.

Visited the Boucher Road store in Belfast last Saturday. Was served by Adam who was very helpful & friendly when purchasing a new mobile phone. He was able to answer all my questions. Overall a great experience & a fantastic electrical department

Failed to deliver one of the two items which was fine and the store were great at rearranging the second delivery. The reason for the terrible review is the delivery crew knocked a clock off the wall which smashed it and scrapped and took a chunk out of the wall. They didn’t even mention it and just left. Only noticed it when we went to unbox the fridge.

My Partner and I had a great experience in Harvey Norman's purchasing a new wardrobe. Paul the sales guy was extremely helpful and went out of his way to get us the most suitable product. Top notch service and incredibly helpful. We will definitely recommend
