I got my package yesterday and was surprised how beautiful the fit was. Customer service was great. I went back last night and place another order. Price was right and that was the reason I got the first outfit, but the customer service and fit of the outfit once received was the reason I order another one.

I bought several outfits for my daughter. They were the PERFECT fit. She looked soooo beautiful. The design, the fabric, the style, the stitching was BEYOND PERECT. Excellent buys. Excellent choices. I was VERY HAPPY with them. Customer service was excellent! They answered all my questions before I purchased. They really worked with me and didn't give me BS! They were upfront about what could and could not be done. Didn't try to sell me stuff! Made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Honesty, that's important! I will definitely shop at HATKAY again. In fact, I just ordered more clothes, but this time for myself. The best part about HATKAY, they do CUSTOM stitching, and that is a HUGE deciding factor for me!!! I am VERY short, and I NEED clothes that make me look good, not like a circus tent! You can't go wrong with Hatkay. And when you contact them, keep in mind the time difference. THEY WILL GET BACK TO YOU.

Hatkay managed to get the dress ready and delivered within just 2 weeks!!! They were able to accommodate larger sizes and the fit is pretty decent. It looks just like the pictures as well!

I liked the fact that my messages were read and addressed. I talked to someone who assured me good fitting outfits as I ordered custom made. The quality is nice but wish they would use better quality zippers. I will need to get some alterations done however I do recommend Haykay but suggest to connect with them and explain your requirements. They do listen and try their best and give you what you want in terms of stitching. Prices are reasonable and so is service. I would consider myself to be a happy customer.

I was very excited to receive the outfit I ordered for an annual Bollywood dinner event.

When it arrived i immediately opened it and colour was gorgeous. Upon looking at the items I was really happy and couldn't wait to try it on. I went to try it on and I couldn't open the zip - the zip was broken. (Things happen, no big deal I thought, I have a few weeks until my event)

I contacted the company straight away and this is where I was completely shocked with the extremely poor customer service. They were so unhelpful, rude and I was left with a top I couldn't wear and feeling very frustrated.

I would not recommend this business - which is a shame as the outfit would have been lovely had they offered to fix it and resend me another top.
