I bought a "linen" shirt, upon arrival I discovered the top tag was removed, and the bottom tag was a different language, I had it translated and it turns out it's cotton! Scammed!! I repeat this site is a SCAM

If you've been scammed by this company PLEASE CONTACT YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY IMMEDIATELY. Most will work with you to recover your loss.

I paid $75 for a top that was very poorly made. The tag was cut out and end seams were sticking out of the arms!! It took over two months to get please do NOT buy from THEM !!!

With great chagrin, I must echo the bad reviews of others who have been scammed by Havery Ridge. My experience is much the same ... receipt of blouses made from inferior fabric that is not linen; very small sizes; labels cut out of clothing. My package shipped from an address in Forest Park, GA; but the AI chatbot "Julia" gave me a return address in Berlin Germany, while offering me a 25% refund to save the "hassle" of international shipping. When I looked up this return address on imaps, it is an abandoned warehouse, surrounded by tall weeds, in a shabby residential neighborhood. Shame on me for not checking reviews before I ordered from the website after seeing an Instagram ad.

The material is not linen (I know fabrics, I sew). I love Asian style clothing and frog closures. That’s what attracted me to the shirt. I was looking to replace a gi tunic that I bought years ago from Macys, a shirt that was top quality. Unfortunately, this is a sloppy, loose weave cotton, and it came with all the tags razored off at the seams. The inner shipping bag had origin of mfg blocked off. This is a dishonest company.

This is scam! Don’t fall for them. Waiting for my shipment for 4 months. Don’t trust, don’t order anything

I ordered a dress that was 3 sizes larger than expected. I asked about return and refund - it took 6 weeks of endless series of automated promises saying that the refund is on its way. I had enough of that, reported the fraud to my card company and surprise surprise the refund arrived almost immediately.
So, never buy from this company. But if you did and need to get refund report it to your bank immediately.

Warning- the description of the clothes is untruthful. You can not get a refund w/o shipping merchandise to Spain on your dime. Clothes are cheap and thin and small.

I ordered three items. Two were smaller than ordered and one was a 2xl when I ordered a medium. I asked to return them as they were super cheap quality and they said I would have to mail them back to a Spain address. She offered a refund and then NEVER refunded. They scammed me out of $140. TERRIBLE BUSINESS

Do not go near this dodgy company. After placing an order, I was bombarded with increasingly low-rent pleas to get another one at a massive discount before the clock ran down. Immediately Googled, saw the site was shonky and cancelled the order (the site said you have 12 hours). I did it within five minutes then got a message that the order had shipped. Checked with my bank and they’d already taken my money. Next came two emails asking a reason for the cancellation. BY THEN I HAD A TRACKING NUMBER. When the poor-quality items arrive, they can argue I got the goods. With the red tape involved and the wasted time, it’s tempting to let it go. That’s what they count on. I won’t let it go. Why on earth are they on the Shop app??

Order 3 tops that they said were linen. None of them were linen. One of the had holes in it. Tried to return & they gave me an address in Spain even though it was shipped from CA. Negotiated a small refund to keep the shirts (which I will never wear). Still waiting for refund after 7 weeks. This is a scam!

I would give zero stars if it were possible. Do NOT get scammed by this fake company like I was. I ordered one shirt, charged for two and the quality of the shirt was horrible. I was charged $87.79 and $64.71 on the same day. When I emailed the company to make sure I only got shipped one shirt and wanted credit for the second shirt they told me to “not worry” it was taken care of. I received one shirt but never received a credit in my charge card. I reported them to FaceBook but the site was not removed. Shame on FaceBook, I will never order anything off of FaceBook again!!

I ordered an item, received and charged for three of the same item. The jackets were extremely low quality, by the way. I returned these jackets which came out to over $300 and haven’t received a refund yet- it’s been a few months. Every time I email them it’s the same robotic response that seems apologetic and sounds like they are working on it, but there is never resolve. This company is a total scam.

Do not buy from these people. If you have and they don’t refund your money, call charge card company bank and file a dispute. I did yesterday and magically I got an email refunding in full my order and extra shipping charge. Not the 45% refund they never sent me. Don’t bother trying to get refund by yourself. Go directly to your credit card bank.

Terrible experience. Very dishonest company. I returned two hoodies (only ordered one but charged for two orders not to mentioned they were male sizes and not female as requested) I’m still waiting for my refund. More than 70 plus emails back and forth with “Julia” their representative. I had to pay an extra $31 for shipping them to SPAIN. Now I’m down almost $200. Please, stay away from it.

The “linen” blouse they advertise is NOT linen. It is more like a cheap bedsheet. They offered a partial refund, keep the “item” or pay to send it back oversees. WHAT A HORRIBLE OPERATION

Ordered a "linen" blouse. It finally came, but it isn't linen, it's a thin, cheap cotton. It doesn't look at all like the picture on their website. I emailed to get the RA number to return it. The response they sent said to "try it on. you might actually see that it really does fit." I DID try it on, that's how I know it doesn't fit. They did not want to send a refund. They said to choose something else and I could keep the first one. I didn't want a replacement, seeing how their merch is cheaply made and quite expensive ($70 for a non-linen blouse). I replied that I didn't want a replacement, just to return it for a refund. They sent another polite email back saying, "ok, but you have to pay the shipping costs to return it - to MADRID, SPAIN. This company is a sham, unethical, and borders on a scam. My fault for not checking reviews before I ordered. But still...SAVE YOURSELF A HUGE HEADACHE AND $$$. Shop with legitimate companies.

Awful. Paid over $200 US for the worst quality ever. Complete Scam!!! Do not order from this place. I should have known as soon as the tracking came to me. From China. I charged it all back onto my Visa so make sure you do that.

Customer service was responsive when my order seemingly was going nowhere. However, I was disappointed with the Amanda tops that finally arrived. They say it's "spun from linen" in the online description, but there are no tags inside for fabric content or care. I ordered S, they sent L which was a good thing because the L just barely fit me [I am 5' tall 120#]. Initially, the fabric was stiff and didn't look or feel like linen; it looks and feels like polyester. The inside of the top isn't the same fabric as the outside--almost like it's lined, but it isn't; if you looked at the online photo, the fabric appears flowy and is the same both inside and out. I washed and air-dried the tops; the fabric softened considerably but still didn't look or feel "flowy" like the picture. The teeny rouleau loops that go over the buttons are next to impossible to button. These tops were expensive [even on sale] and I'm not inclined to order from Havery Ridge again. I would have more confidence in the company if their product descriptions were more accurate, sizing information was provided, and fabric/care tags attached to the apparel.
